Do NOT ever order delivery from this McDonald’s. Pretty much 75% percent of the time I or my friends have ordered from here at least one item was missing. Often times it’s more. Most recently, almost every single item we ordered was either incorrect or missing. If you don’t have the time to reorder your stuff, you’re better off getting food literally anywhere else, because even if the food isn’t your favourite, at least you won’t be hungry.
Very poor customer service . the people working over there have big attitude and they don't even care about problems.
We went today and the staff was rude. They told us they were closing 4 hours before they are scheduled to close despite people being in the dining room anyways. When we went to the walk up window the manager slammed the door in our face. I can’t stress enough how bad of McDonalds this is. Never go here.
Garbage. They gave us the completely wrong order and the manager hung up on us when we complained. The order was 1/3 the value of the one we ordered and it took two hours to get. Never go here.
This mcd have Worse staff they don’t respect customers, and delivery guys have to wait hours to get their order. They are Unprofessional and lazy. Specifically the need to hire some professional people they are all lazy
The old tims & this mcds always have sketchy people around it. I've witnessed trouble here many times. Overall its good enough but sometimes the hot coffee they serve is cold.They still have a capacity of just 4 people whereas restrictions have lifted, making it a long time to get my order, standing outside sometimes in this freezing weather.Hope their new location will cease the troubles they generally face.The chicken muffin is amazing here!
This mcdonalds never has half the stuff they're supposed to have on the menu. We always joke about if they'll actually have what we want before we arrive, and most of the time they don't. The supper to breakfast downtime during the night is extremely unpredictable.
I'm not sure about inside of the restaurant but as you approach drive thru it's not very inviting. The staff appeared nice enough but the exterior is not what it should be. Maybe because it's in a rather small/confined area of Kingston. To be honest some of the people who hang around this location are kind of scary with the way they look at you or the fact that they talk to themselves and some of them appear homeless which my heart goes out to them but I'm still nervous about going there again.
Very very bad location, do not recommend. As a past McDonald’s employee i am ashamed for this store to be in service. They have messed up so many times with their orders missing food items constantly. My final straw was when they missed my mcflurry and poutine in my uber eats order and told me to come in store to get a refund (Bag was still closed so uber did not tamber with my order), which is very outrageous because i was getting a uber order cause i cannot go in store. Had to go thru uber services to get my refund instead. Their pop is always very flat and pretty disgusting and they have no care in their food. Also when i ordered it was at night when the store was not busy however it was delayed by a good 30 minutes from the store.
12/20/2021 around 9:50 pm there was a disrespectful staff member at the 2nd window. A staff that condescends to those who do Uber. After waiting 10 minutes, when I asked how longer I had to wait, she started shouting. I hope management trains this disrespectful staff.
