Nice hot meal. The chicken pieces were large the box was full. I had a coupon so it even made it better. The place is clean the bathrooms are updated it’s a very nice place for takeout
I worked at this restaurant and it was absolutely horrific as well as concerning. I was hired to do some cleaning tasks and when I went the I couldn’t believe to my eyes was trays of day old wedges left out from the prior day to be used. The fridge with sauce bottles and toppings was completely crusted and starting to mold and the topping were not covered in Saran Wrap but tossed into the fridge causing the lettuce and tomatoes to be soggy. There was zero clips on the cheese bag products which caused them to look stail, they might not have been but the air getting to all the shredded cheese made it have a stail appearance.
Hands down juiciest, crispiest, perfectly seasoned fried chicken in town.That and the staff have always been the best!
Thoroughly unprofessional service during the evening on 14 May. Supervisor kept calling her subordinate stupid and was drinking frosted drink behind the counter with another customer. Both supervisor and subordinate kept saying exceptionally rude comments to each other and forgot I was sitting in the lobby while waiting for our order.
Alex from the hwy 15 location is an absolute GEM. The staff cooking were pleasant as well!In just 15 minutes of being here, I was completely blown away by his customer service and positive attitude. While I waited for our order, I saw his consistent professionalism and kindness towards customers.Even an event of integrity was witnessed as he let a customer know they forgot their change. He was so great with the staff making sure they took breaks. Good job on hiring, don't lose him!My family and I won't go to a different location because of him. Breath of fresh air these days..

Ordered Skip delivery from out of town for my brother in hospital, and called ahead to the restaurant to make sure it could be done. The service we got from employee Chris was absolutely top notch, so very helpful. Skip driver was wonderful too.
Good food and staff. Only thing is they forgot to put condiments in the bag.
