It was National Fried Chicken Day and so, I ordered before 11am for an evening curbside pickup due to our schedule as well as health concerns. The food was piping hot and great tasting once we actually got it. The issue is that it wasn't ready at the designated time and we had to call the store a second time after arriving on their parking lot.During the first call we were told it would be "at least 5 minutes"... Okay, that would be right at the designated time. But, we were still waiting when we called in again 5 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. This time we were told we would be included in "the next" batch.So much for my efforts in planning well ahead! It certainly did not appear that our curbside pickup order was prioritized to be on time. As a result, one of us didn't have time to eat properly before having to leave for a schedule appt.Please reassess how you handle orders so that ppl going in off the street are not prioritized ahead of scheduled orders. Hoping due diligence will be given to online pre-orders in the future!
This location is conviently close to the 401. The food was great and the service was fast/friendly. This is a family favorite everytime.
Delicious Mary browns chicken is a hole lot better than KFC, and if you haven't tried the Nashville spicy heat chicken burger than you all are missing out and also the spicy wedges delicious
Went to this location two days in a row. Tried the Nashville for the first time yesterday - it was good. Generous size piece, wwa at very spicy, probably the next spicy one after the regular BUT it did taste like Nashville and was full of flavour (the Nashville Taters are even better for flavour too). I decided to go again on a Monday - Big Mary Monday is the true test to see how big the burgers are or if we end up with smaller cuts like some locations. Nope, this piece was bigger!I ordered through the app both times to avoid potential line ups and they had my food ready on time with no wait (which is convenient if you’re on a break from work). Staff are extremely friendly, quick and haven’t messed up my order yet.
They are friendly, though they don't always have their masks above their noses, and the food is really good! I love their banana pudding! Now and then items are missing, but now we always just check our order in the car before we leave. I would love a drive through location in this end of town!
Best fried chicken in the town. I should say every single item on menue is awesome. You will not be disappointed. I am a fan of their ape pie. Definitely recommend trying and you are gonna love it.
Love Mary Brown's chicken. Not too salty, crunchy and moist. Taters are always fresh.
My husband and I were at this Mary Browns tonight (Decemebr 14th) and it was very busy! However the staff were amazing!!! They were so time efficient! With the amount of people in the store and lined up outside They moved quickly and were super nice! I know it was a crazy rush but They did amazing! Not to mention the food was hot and the order was right! Way to go!
The girl who worked on cash, named Emma, was absolutely amazing. The best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. She was very pleasant, kind and accommodating. I also witnessed the way she dealt with other customers and employees and was very impressed. Food was fantastic too. Keep up the great work
Huge pieces of chicken! Much better value for the money than KFC. Light breading and not too greasy. Their seasoning on both the wedges and chicken is super salty. My water weight gain wouldn't let me give it 5 stars.
