Ordered a bucket of chicken with sides and popcorn chicken for my kids, they screwed up the order ended up giving 3 boxs of fries instead of the popcorn chicken which is not a super big deal if the fries werent soggy, the gravy is basically grease flavoured water. The chicken itself was very overcooked covered in grease and pretty much inedible. I would call and complain but most they're going to do is offer me a deal for the next time we go which is never because the food is over priced trash and i won't be going back. Hope this helps!
Do not eat from this restaurant! The food is greasy even for fast food, overcooked, and disgusting, I couldn’t even eat it I had to spit it out. Staff are so awkward too. Do not eat from this restaurant!
Absolutely disgusting, undercooked and tiny portions for what you pay.My food tasted like sanitizer.Also extremely slow even when it's not busy.

OMG, it was so good... my daughter get the boneless combo... she quit enjoys it...but she hasn't been given sauce once after asking for it in the drive through, always having into the store in-person to get dipping sauce...The fries... huh, cold on three occasions in past three weeks...I love the big crunch, that will being me back for sure...
Disgusting chicken, got a bucket of chicken and not one piece tasted normal. This is the 2nd time. Never going back to this location. I'm not sure if it's the owners dont care or the managers are not doing there jobs. Take some accountability your food is gross.
Worst ever! Bucket of chicken was more like a soggy pail of pigeons. Would not recommend this if you are craving crunchy chicken that you haven't had in ages!

Ordered two Famous chicken sandwichesThe chicken patty was so hard and oily that It was not eatable. Had to throw it out. Because it was not even chewable at all.
The food is not hot, i spent 25 minutes in drive thru, and the food is cold. What was i waiting on? Not even the fries were hot. I asked for no pickle, and confirmed it and there was still pickle. I did not get a receipt and it wasn't busy. Clearly either more staff needed, or more training. We entered the drive thru at approximately 6:45 pm, and left the drive thru at 7:09pm.
The guy messed up my order and when I went back and explained what happened he immediately wasn't having it and called me a liar. Even if I was lying, which I wasn't, to call a customer a liar is incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. On top of that the chicken was dry. Don't go here they are rude!
