TLDR: forgot part of order, when I called to fix the situation kfc worker didn’t talk or hang up or anything they just put the phone down and went back to work.First review I’ve ever written the experience was so awfulHad ordered through their delivery and the order ending up having some missing items no big deal, I call and inform them they had forgotten some of my order and asked if something could be done about it instead whoever I was on the phone with laid the phone down didn’t hang up and continued to work the order line. Me and my family went to the kfc on Gardner’s and by the time we got there and explained the situation to them I still on the phone with this kfc for over 45 mins. Luckily after explaining what happened the Gardner’s restaurant actually remade the whole order for free.Go to the kfc on Gardner’s this one has absolute dookie customer service1/5 would give it 0/5 if possible

We will never eat KFC again. The chicken was under cooked and tough. Really horrible. I couldn’t even eat it.
Ordered food the chicken was terrible very small and full of grease the entire meal got thrown out we wouldn't even eat it never again.
Was really hoping they'd improve their game but ever since that new ownership took over portions are so small might as well be eating pigeons just got a bucket and brought it home one piece of white meat literally one the rest was all drumsticks and thighs out of an 18-piece mind you. Never going back highly don't recommend this place. Shame used to be good.
One of the bad kfc in Kingston. I suggest everyone not to go at this place. Long lineup on drive thru, No is serving to front. Taking more than 15minutes to serve one customer. They will waste your time! ????
Efficient staff, quick service
Very dirty store people that work there don't care that you're standing there waiting to place order they don't have their stuff together the ultimate chicken meal is disgusting chicken with dried out like It has been sitting there all day french fries were cold and very old corn with cold the popcorn chicken wasn't even cooked I don't think.... and the one lady was working drive-through running back to the food along with another gentleman neither of them were washing their hands it was a horrible experience I'll never ever ever go back there last time I was out this Princess Street location was 20 years ago when it was good
Undercooked and no white meat
The lobby is open for takeout and maybe even dining now, but for some reason they rounded up my debit charge by two cents like I was paying cash, when you'd be charged the exact amount everywhere else. Fries were super dry and should have been tossed out before I even placed my order
