I should consider others' reviews here before i go there, employees there have no idea how to respect customers, after i ordered i asked them for ketchup, a guy there he told me his name is Anmood, he left me while i was still talking to him, the restaurant is very filthy, tables were dirty, it is the worst KFC i have ever been

It's KFC, (with a taco bell), could use a remodel but otherwise is a typical KFC with the same chicken you'd get at any other KFC. 30 seconds off the 401 so good for a quick and easy stop if driving through Kingston.
Don’t bother wasting your money noone there speaks English and they will get your order wrong entered a coupon and everything comes up that you get with the meal but no still wasnt right somehow the girl working the cash was still confused and I didn’t get my large fries with my variety bucket a $30 meal with a coupon and missing half the items thanks kfc also the chicken is usually cold greasy and gross anyway so better off to skip to another restaurant unless you don’t mind cold/gross food and half orders
I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, but at one time it had friendly service and good chicken. I don't live in Kingston so had not been there in some time. The service was anything but friendly and the chicken was so greasy that we threw it in the trash. Shall not return.
Great food and service and we feel safe in this restaurant. Very clean and good separation. Staff are great.
Only location other then Belleville one. Was closed for dining in due to covid. Meal was decent. But value for the amount you're spendng? No. Very expensive. Frustrating when you ask for your meal to be a certain way - all white no wings- pay a lot for that and they consistently mess it up. A phone call to them leads to kids of excuses as well as saying that the food was correct ?. Don't eat there often. Family from out of town like it for dinner when they visit. $87 for 2 bags of food. Bags weren't even filled. Otherwise, store was clean. Staff was friendly. Meal was done quickly. We were the only ones in there, otherwise it is usually a wait.
Portions are terrible. 1 breast was cut in half to pass off as 2. So much grease the bottom fell out of the bottom of the bucket when I got home. Emailed their contact with no reply.
I think they have lost the Kernels recipe.Have breaded chicken, greasy greasy and no meat. I bought 16 pieces mostly wings and drums. Kfc has become worst then the chicken in the grocery stores
Worse KFC ever, chicken was dry and old, I think it's been in rhe warmer for hours burger sucked, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HEAR, sadly can't give zero star
