Worst service ever. Made my food wrong 3x then argued after making it the 4th time. Beef and chicken are not the same thing. Will never order from there again

Love KFC's popcorn chicken. It's the only thing I'll eat from there. But this particular location (Bath Rd) has major problems compared to others. Cashier never sanitizes or changes gloves between handling cash/machine and handling food. All other restaurants I've been to, they do. The box for the family size popcorn chicken is always half full (3/4 full if I get lucky). Other restaurants, it's full. They stop taking orders 15 min before their close time and when I ask them why, they blame it on Google not being accurate. Funny how the hours on Google and on their windows are the same! And today was the last straw... 12 car lineup in the drive thru. Get to my turn and they're out of multiple items. No indication prior to getting to the speaker. I had to wait 20 min to get out of the drive thru with nothing. And the rudeness from employees... don't get me started!!!This location (Bath Rd) was convenient for me cuz its close to my house. From now on, will gladly go out of my way to another location.

So me and my girlfriend went through drive thru and asked for the 14pc meal half White meat and rest thighs, we got 1 breast 2 small ribs and rest was thighs n legs the fries were horrible as well, we called over 20x when at home and no answer from the store, this is not great customer service! I used to work at this location and this type of service was un-except-able,
MANAGER can't ring in coupons took him 25 mins to do it, no sides, we go back, this time no gravy or dips, doesn't know how to give change, etcMorons don't order here hopefully they close down
Just curious of why it says open and when you go there they tell you that its closed. Is it more for the delivery purpose? Or are the workers too lazy to make it say its closed?

Wow don't go here! Took 15 min to wait for food then they gave part of the order to another person, they then went and got the pop cirn chicken from that person then proceeded to try and give it to me! That is gross!! And now its been a total of 45 min and Finally got my proper food.
