The food was absolutely delicious. My first time trying Harper’s Burger Bar and I was not disappointed at all! I’ve lived in Kingston for 3 years and always got my burgers from The Works, but now I’m wishing I discovered Harper’s earlier. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich which was also mouth watering delicious! The best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had as well! The service was amazing and our server Laura was fantastic. Creatively accommodating our menu modifications to ensure we enjoyed our meal, plenty of knowledge regarding the menu, very honest, and great conversation. A pleasantly enjoyable experience here. Would definitely recommend!
The Korean chicken sandwich I got was so fresh and delicious! I wanted another right away, if I could have eaten it.The orchard burger was a great balance of meaty and fruity. Classic poutine. Really enjoyed the dill in the coleslaw, made it unique.
Excellent quality of food and gluten free bun available for your burger! If you order online like through skip, the toppings like onion, lettuce, pickles, all come separate so you can top it yourself. Inside they have plexiglass dividers for safe dining, Very nice place inside and to go!
Better than average burger joint that serves some interesting combinations of bread to meat to toppings etc... The permutations are many. A few minuses though, portions are small for everything, especially the skimpy French fries , not really worth the money . The quality however is good, just wish that you got more bang for your buck. Beer is overpriced also. The place is tiny, not much room at all.
We happened to visit this place accidentally and what good luck!! This is an awesome bar in Kingston and has a really good burger and waffle fries. I tried the Orange cream soda for the first time and found it better than the original cream soda. If you are in Kingston, do visit this restaurant.
service was so friendly! They were super accommodating and conscious of our vegetarianism. The burgers are wonderfully customizable and they even have extremely excellent vegan chocolate cake!! We ended up getting it with whipped cream (not vegan) but the cake itself tastes fantastic with fruit alone

Loved the wide options of burgers especially for vegetarians!! There are choices in breads and patties from which one can choose from including the vegan patties. Also, there are varied variety of drinks ranging from milkshakes to hard and soft drinks.The sweet potato fries were too soft and crisp? whereas the waffle fries were unique as well. Definitely a must try place for burgers.
Stopped here on our way between Toronto & Ottawa and were really impressed. Definitely recommend the pretzel bun and waffle fries and the homemade burger sauce was so good that I had to ask for more. Our waitress was super friendly and gave us some tips about what to do in both Kingston & Ottawa.
