Ordered two noodle dishes one #17 and one pad Thai. Both were extremely bland and oily. The #17 had only two rubbery pieces of shrimp, hard to compete with other restaurants who are giving 6+ shrimp and more flavourful dishes for a similar price point.Spring rolls were good as others have mentioned. Overall disappointment.
These guys are great! I had ordered the wrong order through doordash and they promptly corrected it for me, which was not their responsibility. Their food is as authentic as you can get. The pad thai is the most authentic that Kingston has to offer. I highly recommend this place for your viet/thai cravings. Awesome.
Why is it that when you’re really craving a dish you get really disappointed?Ordered the green curry. It was bland and tasted mainly like powdered chicken broth. It had a really watery consistency and tasted nothing like curry. Not sure if I’m just ignorant and this might be how they make curry in Vietnam or some parts of Thailand.The spring rolls I had as an appetizer we’re really tasty.Not sure if I’d recommend this place
I've never been disappointed by any of the menu items that I've tried. Prices, serving sizes, and food quality are all excellent.

The beef and chicken noodles plates barely have any meat in them (that was for a take out). Pretty much just noodles. The menu was not updated with new prices. At least noodles were good.
Pros: the food quality is decent, prices are very reasonableCons: It took us about 40 minutes to get the pho soup that takes 10 minutes at other places. And it was extra small compared to other places. It took an hour to get other main courses. The pho was finished by the time the rest of us got their pad thais. Pad Thai was sour, not sure why. There are only 2 people working at this restaurant. They try hard, but the output capacity is very limited.

Bo bun was excellent, highly recommend. Not my favorite Phad Thai. Satay skewers are awesome.
