Friendly, polite and helpful waitress.Food was brought to the table promptly but sadly, both pasta dishes were undercooked. Also, the serving for a $20 pasta with Alfredo and cheese should satisfy the guests and not leave them asking for more bread so as not to leave hungry. I've been to East Side Mario's many times and this is the first time that I've been served undercooked pasta and that the portion wasn't as generous as usual.We order meals for three people the two orders had issues. :-(Aside from those details, the experience was fine.

Unfortunately, My review is not a good one; (4) of us sat down, the table was was sticky-gross (yuc!), we wanted to leave, but we were hungry. In all fairness, the restaurant was kinda busy; however, clean is clean. The waitress was professional, but we waited about an hour ish for our food and had to remind her several times about our delayed beverages/food; this has happened a few visits, the food was cold (plates were warm) and portions were small (very expensive bill). Maybe, need a few more cooks in the kitchen and some cleaners? The ceasar salad and bread, "so good"?
This was the best meal I've had in quite a while. The tomato soup was fantastic. I had the tilapia, which melted in my mouth. Delicious!The staff are amazing. I wish them all the best in the New Year.

We live in Peterbough and arranged to meet friends from Ottawa at East Side Marios for lunch. Lindsay our server was amazing. The food arrived quickly and the postions were generous. OK, it's not great Italian food, but we really enjoyed our meal. The garlic bread and caesar salad was very good. There's a good selection of beer on tap and some very respectable wines by the glass. And the price was very reasonable.
I cannot say enough about the cleanliness, professionalism and supreme compliance to our current health measures. The food and the customer service was completely beyond excellence, I had to ask their names. Thank you to Lindsey, Hudson and Dylan for the phenomenal experience. I will definitely return!
