On that day, I ordered a caffe mocha. The official website said it is $3.50 (excluded tax) for exam size, I was prepared to get the right amount of cash to pay. But it turns out the website online menu is outdated. I had been fooled that I did not have enough cash to pay, because it costs more than what it said on official website. I don't know what exam size is like. The online menu page doesn't say that there are two sizes. I end up ordered a smallest one for $4.61 (still more than $3.50 exclude tax). It sounds to me that website has not been updated for 3 years. I probably not returning
Had a great experience, got a bagel and an iced coffee. Lovely place to grab a coffee and some food. For a reasonable price, you can get a very good quality breakfast or lunch - definitely try their bagels with cream cheese! You can add other toppings like meat and veggies for a small price as well. Staff were very friendly and it’s a great spot to get something in the middle of your study session.If you order food, pay close attention to your order. They don’t have any order numbers or names that are assigned to your order, so it can get very chaotic during mealtimes. They just call out the order, but there is a chance that someone has the exact same order as you, so be alert! Otherwise, everything went smoothly when I visited the cafe!

A go to coffee spot on campus since it’s one of the on-campus places to accept credit, not to mention student run. Spent lots of time studying or working here, and staff are always friendly. However there were a few times when the coffee was not hot, which is a bit of a downer.
Coffee is terrible and food is average. Love to support local and Queen's students but yikes fix the coffee pls.
Excellent service with a real personal touch but more importantly the coffee is fantastic. I can honestly say that dealing with Common Ground Coffee house has been a lovely experience from start to finish. Common Ground Coffee house food is local, fresh and healthy! The prices are very affordable!
