Will not be back. A group of 8 5 adults, 3 kids and we called before as the West End location told us they were short staffed and could not take us until 7. Waited what seemed like a very long time for drinks, ok maybe they are busy. Drinks came and food order taken and did not see our waitress again for the next hour. Drinks sat empty for a very long time as our waitress and another waitress were busy entertaining a group of guys at another table. Asked the bartender if we could get some drinks to our table soon as we have watched our waitress for 15 minutes now. Bartender then came over about 5 minutes later to bring drinks, it was like being at home reusing our beer cups to save dishes because they didn’t have any beer glasses. Manager came by the table to speak to us about our concerns, but did nothing. Told us it was COVID related and they were understaffed. Understandable and of course our group would be sympathetic to this if our waitress was actually doing her job. Manager offered no assistance or any concern really and just left the table. Food did show up but after some waiting we had to go get paper towel from the bathroom as we had no napkins or silverware at the table, no condiments for our food either. One meal was cold and missing menu listed items, when this was brought to the waitress attention near the end of our meal, gravy was offered (more on this later). Bills came and none of the kids meals were free as advertised in big letters when you walk through the door. The gravy that was given as a replacement was charged on the bill. Over $200 worth of food and drink, $2 service
Absolutely poor service. Poor response when speaking to the manager. Table of 7 waited forever for food, drinks, and refills on drinks. Waited for our server for 16 minuets to stop chatting with a table to even notice we were requiring any refills. When our food arrived one meal was cold and missing items that were listed in the menu description. When asked they told us they were out so they substituted something else WHICH WE WERE CHARGED FOR. The entire meal was had while no cutlery, napkins, and no condiments were given. I understand there is a staffing shortage but when speaking to the manager no fix was offered; only excuses. Absolutely enraged and disgusted with poor service and lack of response from management team. As a former staff member of this facility I’m disappointed at how bad things have gotten.
We got seated and waited for at least 10 minutes with a waiter looking at our table twice as well as looked like a manager. We didn't even get greeted by our waiter or asked for drinks. I definitely do not recommend.
Courteous and happy staff, great food and large beers. How can you go wrong? Still stands true today. They go out of their way to make it a perfect experience.
Random thing happened: A guy came in and asked for milk so that he can pour it on himself because he got pepper sprayed. He went into the bathroom and stripped and made a lot of noise before the police arrived.Food was good, had the new crispy chicken sandwich.Was not able to inspect bathroom.
Hands down you need to hire more staff. We were here a week ago and literally waited 15 minutes at the doors to be seated. One server working. Today it was the same thing. Another customer had to ask twice for the bill to leave. We have now been waiting over 45 minutes for 3 meals…We come here often but sadly I think after today will be going elsewhere.

Tried their herbivore pizza last night, I requested it be made vegan which meant the cheese would be swapped. Having driven home after picking it up I was expecting a nice warm pizza to brighten my evening.Unfortunately, the pizza had almost no toppings on it. I paid close to 40 for a pizza that was just "fresh dough" and a bit of cheese on top.It had none of the advertised toppings on it apart from the bell peppers. They were sprinkled like you would have chilly flakes on pizza.Will never go back. If you are looking for taste, value or pizza look elsewhere.
Great food but service was definitely the difference maker! Our server was awesome! She was run off her feet and still smiling knowing there was no end in sight for the employee shortage. Didn't catch her name but the 4 of us, 2 adults, 2 kids, were very well taken care of from one former food and beverage server,manager, GM, this young girl rocked it! (Afternoon shift, Oct 23/21.)
Our waitress Lauren was advised that our party was in a time crunch for a train time and she proceeded to deliver our drinks and food with super haste! Everything was perfect! Flavourful! Presented well with very friendly service! And FAST! Lauren was incredible and we advise the manager of her excellent service!Highly recommend BP!
