Server was kind. Clean place. Served quickly. Order was wrong however. But very small detail and the server was so sympathetic and gave us a free dessert. Honest mistake. And I would absolutely order the brownie next time!
Good solid place to eat, the menu has a good selection of options and service has always been good. The wings are a favourite.
Waitress was pleasant and took orders correctly. It was a shame that the salads were wilted and came with very little dressing. That would have been overlooked if when requested for a bit more to cover the dry salad an additional charge was added to our bill. There were no other customers in restaurant section at the time but there were 6 of us for the order. A disappointing meal. The french onion soup came as onions in a broth not a normal french onion with cheese etc.
Food was good! Servers were nice but the service wasnt good. Everything took forever between the servers coming to take our order or the food to come out.
I love the chicken pecan salad here. It was very good as usual but a few items missing on the salad. Service was good.
Love Boston pizzas food, and have always had great customer service at this location! I also really appreciated the staff who helped accommodate me to a booth in the back corner so I could feel more comfortable breastfeeding my son. Our server (who’s name was also Kristen) was very nice!
Just ate here a couple hours ago for Mother’s Day with my lovely mother. Can’t even begin to explain how embarrassing it was for me with the horrible service (even for a sports bar). I don’t even know we’re to start, the place was dead. Literally more servers than customers and it somehow took them 30 min to make 6 chicken wings for an appetizer. I ordered Memphis hot (the spiciest) it had about the same spice as ketchup and tasted like honey. The waitress had a weird attitude as if we were strangers bothering her on the street. We were never checked in on despite the place being empty and had to waive down the waitress with our menu every time we wanted something and I mean EVERYTIME. It’s like we didn’t even exist. Waitress forgot just about everything we wanted except food. Had to remind her about our drinks and also had to remind her to bring us boxes and remind her to even bring the BILL. I didn’t even really care as it’s Boston pizza and I was starving. But after leaving I was like did that really happen? I don’t know why anyone would wanna eat at a place were the servers are so useless they might as well not have them.
Had a wonderful customer experience here tonight, the food took a while but the service certainly made up for it. Was out with my boyfriend for UFC night and I think his name was Will at the bar. He was super quick and efficient. It got super busy later in the night and he was still making drinks left right and centre, ran the entire bar. He made me aware of the deals and that’s never happened before at Boston pizza so I got the pizza deal, thanks Will! We’ll certainly be returning again for fight night hoping to receive his wonderful customer service again!
Ordered a french onion soup.. got the french onion.. kinda missed the soup tho
So unfriendly it was astounding. Waited at the door for about 5 minutes with no greeting. Stuck my head into the bar area and was abruptly told to wait at the door. No Hi and Welcome to Boston Pizza. I very politely said “nice greeting” We were seated and waited a good 15 minutes and no one came. There were about 5 tables sitting down and all had been served. Bar tender ignored us 3 times walking by. So we got up and left. It was 1:45 in the afternoon. Not used to this type of treatment. Hurts your business for sure!!!!
