I really want to love this place because they support live music. But with a name like Blu Martini, the least one expects is that the drinks are good. Well, I don't know about the other drinks, but the red wine is awful. They don't use a proper wine fridge, so the red wine is sitting out at room temperature. So, particularly on a live music night when the room is busy and hot, the wine is, well...as my friend so aptly put it "I came for wine, not mulled wine". C'mon. If you're gonna charge that much for a glass of wine, at least invest in a wine fridge. Hot wine is gross.
Celebrated my 52nd at the Blu martini, with family and both local and out of town friends, I can say without a doubt could not have picked a more perfect place to do so.As some who has been in the bar/ restaurant industry for over 30 years and travelled all over the planet, I know a thing or two about incredible service, that was also matched with incredible food and great entertainment, Blu martini had all three.Beyond a shadow of a doubt I will be recomending to anyone that will listen that Blu martini is the place to be in Kingston any day of the week. Can I give 0 stars? By far the worst customer service I have experienced from any organization; period. I can understand one person having a bad day, but I received blunt sass and distaste from every person I talked to. Don’t bring anybody you care about to Blue Martini.

Chris Is a great guy who runs the place...There live bands on the weekend are back after the 2 long years.
Server was rude, not providing time and giving snarky remarks when questions about specials were asked. Otherwise the place is nice but I have been informed this waitress is always abrasive.

Really enjoyed the tour. Very informative, the guide was knowledgeable. Best part was meeting some of the former guards and hearing their stories.
