Patio, courtyard, staff & drinks wonderful! This was on a bride & groom’s recommendation list for attendees of their wedding. Madison & Matt did not disappoint. The most delicious sandwich, phenomenal espresso and refreshing mojito with the cutest little clothes peg holding the mint onto my glass. The bar is sexy!!! Sophie the bartender was my fave! Ten stars!
Service was amazing, very accommodating when I needed to delay my reservation three times. Waitress was patient and helpful.Food was great, some of the best food I've had in Kingston.New york strip was cooked perfectly (mid rare), mussels and garlic shrimp were fresh.

A++ I had the best 28-Day Aged NY Strip with the peppercorn sauce and fries! It was one of the best steaks I have ever had, perfectly cooked medium rare! Brandon the Bartender was a wonderful person to chat with and the locals at the bar were a blast to be around! Go Here!
It’s been 2 days since I visited Black Dog Tavern and I still can’t get over the gluten free fried chicken! So much flavor! The service was also excellent. I can’t wait to go back.
My family and I had an amazing time at Blackdog! We went last Friday and rented one of the heated tents. Andrea was our server and was wonderful! She had us laughing the whole night and had great suggestions for wine and appetizers! Food, service and experience 10/10. We will be back!
Family birthday brunch was perfect! The gluten free fish and chips were delicious and thankful to know they have gluten free bread and buns. Definitely a new go to.
Great selection of beers on tap, local choices. Tasty bites on the side for apéro time. Warm welcome and deco. Perfect for the end of the afternoon after hiking.
not bad. chicken club sandwich definitely could have been better, there just wasn't much flavour. bread was dry. fries were tasty but a really small portion, served in a little cup. really cozy atmosphere, nice lights hanging from the ceiling and waitress was awesome. surprisingly, the best thing i taste all night was the ketchup, not sure if its from a supplier or made in-house, but regardless i took the cup home with me. three stars for atmosphere and service which were both excellent, but food was just not quite what it could be. lots of potential for some recipe changes, and when that happens this place will be awesome.
