All of our main meals were very good. We ordered 3 different kinds of pizzas and 3 different pastas, plus an appetizer. All were very tasty. However, when it came time for dessert, we ordered 2 of the ice cream sandwiches and 1 of their specials, which was a baked apple dessert with vanilla ice cream. It took about a half hour to get the ice cream sandwiches and about 40-45 minutes to get the special. The cookies in the ice cream sandwich were ridiculously hard because they were still frozen, and we could barely bite into them. The apple dessert was pretty much a big mound of dough with very little apple in it. So, overall, we were impressed with our main meal but not with the dessert. The restaurant did take the apple dessert off the bill, but I think, in all fairness, the ice cream cookies could have been compensated as well.

Rude! They rushed us dining because someone reserved the table that we were dining. They shouldn’t have put us on that table anyway if it is already reserved. Or should have at least informed us in the first place not 5 minutes before the other people would come. First time that this happened me. Informed us that the table we are dining is already reserved then immediately gave us the bill. What was that? Just terrible! Never gonna go here again.
Pizza is absolutely fantastic I had the chicken Parmesan and unfortunately the chicken was dry was over cooked, we had the cauliflower bites they were very good and we had some poutine thing that was pretty darn good, I would have gave it five stars if it wasn’t for the dried up chicken other than that everything else was good as well as the service.
I have never written a review on any website before but in this case I just had to..... We had been very excited to finally be coming (from out of town) to Atomica because of the rave reviews of pasta and vegan options. That night they had run out of most options but quick-thinking manager Vanessa and Alex (our fun-loving and attentive waiter) managed to salvage the night and went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. These two employees are wonderful representatives of this restaurant. A shout out to you both for making our family celebration memorable. The vibe was great, the food delicious, and the service superb.
Service was friendly and as fast as could be expected during a busy Friday night. The cocktails were original and quite pleasant.. I highly recommend the strawberry rhubarb margarita! The food was good.. not amazing but decent. I had the Brooklyn pizza with Pesto as opposed to tomato sauce. A little saltier then I had anticipated but still yummy! Our server was Valarie and she was excellent and menu knowledgeable.
The food and service was outstanding!!! Taylor was polite and welcoming, while also being extremely efficient and effective! Our order included a lot of special requests and we got everything we asked for! The pizza is fantastic! The bao buns are amazing! The cauliflower popcorn is the best I’ve ever had! The pasta is delicious and fresh!!! I haven’t been to this local restaurant in years but having just returned to Kingston, I’m delighted that Atomica is still my favourite!!! Can’t wait to return for more!
