The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were friendly. ??Their roast beef and the white sauce were way too salty. The nuggets were a bit too dry. Not sure if that's just a franchise thingy, perhaps Arby could improve their food a little.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and a beef and cheese sandwich and it was good. The wait time was a bit long (20 minutes!), but the employee was very nice and apologized for it and offered a free turnover to compensate, which almost no fast food restaurants do. This is what I call attention to customers and good customer service. The restaurant was clean as well, and the food was great.
Good food. Polite staff. Healthier than a burger place. Only stars as drive thru is painfully slow every time I have been there.
They don't give very good portion of poutine for $6 but seems all food is getting like this. Smaller portions or sizes bigger price.
A completely adequate fast food experience. It's Arby's. Meat and cheese were great, curly fries were different from the classic McD's plain fry. Service was friendly and just fast enough.
We were the only ones in the restaurant which was nice. Everything was good. I love the French dip with auju sauce and horsey sauce. It was very clean. Good covid prevention.
Edit:. The service was prompt and very polite. My main issue was with the temperature of the food. I watched the staff pack my curly fries but they were cold within 5 minutes. Same for the Ruben sandwich. Would have liked everything to stay warmer a bit longer.
No body else in store. During COVID times, people are still nervous. Hadn't been there in a while. Still very tasty. Very clean store. Washrooms were also available.
Never again will I order from Arbys Kingston.Ordered Arbys tonight ordered a beef and cheddar with lettuce tomato and onions but it had no meat on it plus I ordered a half pound sandwich that I never got ordered on skip the dishes and was very disappointed when we received our orderThat's it for me no more Arbys
I haven't been to Arby's in well over 20 years, better than I expected. I'm from Ottawa and you closed all your restaurants down you should bring them back to the East end, Vanier
