Legitmately the best Buddy Burger I have ever gotten from an A&W including the classic drive in locations. The modern interior looks slick and clean.

Great food, great location! Got chicken wraps and drink- great service!

They forgot to give me the dipping sauce for sweet potato fries and the sauce for chicken strips so everything taste like dry old junk, I want to have a late night snack, end up like a horror movie. Such a waste

Honourable. I order food on (February 24th) the A&W app got to the restaurant and it was closed. “The store was closed earlier due to machine break down on that day.” but the open sign was still on. Took over 3 weeks for a refund.

Normally I love A&W but this place is dirty. Thy guy preparing the food who we found out is the owner, is not wearing gloves and touches everything including his mask, glasses and food (cooked and uncooked) and doesn’t wash his hands.It also took forever to get our 2 breakfast sandwiches.It was really disgusting watching him prepare food for the 15 minutes it took to get our breakfast, and the place was not busy.

I order an burger on ubereats, they made a burger with no breads,only lettuce,tomato,and beef. I can't believe that this is a burger,maybe this is new food they invented.

Stopped in for a quick to go breakfast as it was close our hotel. The sheer amount of butter on our food made it essentially inedible - soggy and dripping. The bottom of the breakfast sandwich bags had pockets of liquid butter which dripped all over. The hash-browns were equally greasy. Perhaps this is the norm? I haven’t eaten at an A&W for breakfast in a long time - we typically eat lunch/dinner if anything. I won’t likely eat their breakfast again. The staff however were really nice and friendly - the food however - not so much.

Love A&W but this particular location has gotten my order wrong at least 4 times since I moved here in September. They keep giving me beef burgers instead of the beyond meat burgers I order.Food otherwise tastes good but I cannot get over this issue.

Just ordered an uber order for me an my buddies BUT missed out on TWO items. Tried calling twice but got taken directly to voice mail which was nice. The onion rings were more like onions with crumbs all over them and were not the best. Because it’s the first mistake we’ve encountered, I will rate them with 3 stars, however, if this continues on, this review will change. More to follow in the future.

I posted a few weeks ago about a very bad experience I had with a member of the staff at this establishment and I was very pleasantly surprised when a&w actually asked me more about what happened and got me in contact with the owner of the store. Since then, I have been told that the employee with whom I had that issue has been reprimanded, and I also received a free meal courtesy of the owner. I have to say I did not expect this type of response but I thought I would change my review because it does show that they care about customer experiences.
