The worst experience I ever had at A&W, I tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told that it would be a minimum 10 minutes. In a time when I gave my bus passengers 15 minutes break.
The best A&W in Kingston. Always fresh food. Very friendly staff too. Highly recommended .
Good food, at least it better be for that price like Holy moly. Bought my son dinner and just a burger for myself still over $20.He got the usually burger fries and a drink.
We had stopped off the road to relax and my disabled fiance wanted to rest her eyes. We had parked out front to organize the car and relax and an employee came to our window and had asked us to move our car because it was for paying customers. We hadn't even had a chance to come in. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life. It was rude and unnecessary and I will never be back again
Always great service ? ? the odd time I have an issue with the "door dash;" however, they always correct their mistakes.The ladies in the drive through at about 830-930 am Mon to Fri are absolutely great; they are so kind and always in a great mood.
The A&W in Kingston Ontario had been my favorite stop for decades. This location has the best food of all of the A&W's. Make this your stop when traveling through or visiting Kingston. If you live in Kingston, then you already know this location is the very best.
The girl taking the order at the drive thru was verbally exasperated and kept sighing each time I asked a question like she was high or didn't want to be there or like I was asking an unreasonable question (what sauces do you have?). :(
Staff was nice, food was great, but the bathroom is overly cramp and out dated...
Every time I go to A&W, no matter which location I end up waiting for my meal because for whatever reason. This restaurant chain has the absolute worst wait times and preparedness in the industry. Won't be back at all.
