I usually order from another location and get my pizza "well done" so the cheese is crispy, but they weren't doing it properly all the time so I tried this location for the first time to see if they would do it properly. Called them and specified that I wanted the pizza "well done" and the person agreed and asked if I wanted the cheese crispy. I said yes. I go in and look at the pizza and the cheese is very white and stringy but not at all well done and not crispy at all. I asked if they could put the pizza in longer as because it wasn't "well done" as they agreed upon. The person who put my pizza in glared at me for 5 seconds and said nothing. So he was mad at me and giving me the death stare because I wanted him to put it in longer even though they were the ones that didn't follow their own instructions. If you won't follow cooking instructions, then why offer it? Just say you cook it one way and that's it. Very Annoying. Going to try another pizza place. Don't want to deal with the death stare when they make a mistake. Pizza is good when it's cooked "Well done" though.
Sooooooooooooooooooooooo good. The servings are so large and each slice is so filling. Staff was super friendly and nice to chat with. Prices are on the higher side but worth the quality you are getting. Very impressed with the cleanliness as well. Walked in and the place smells fresh. Would highly recommend. If you want pizza or anything else for dinner.
Their menu may look like a typical pizza place's, but everything's done very well! The garlic chicken is our favorite pizza, and I also really like their wraps, fries, and Greek salad. Portion sizes are very generous! The owner and staff are great too.
So first off I just want to thank the staff and owner at Willy’s pizza for making myself and my husband pizza every Friday. Working during covid is mentally, and physically exhausting especially with all the safety protocols they must follow I have been coming to this location for weeks and the staff always have masks and follow the covid protocols. I’m greeted with a smile and it’s so lovely to see. The pizza is off the charts. Fresh toppings, generous cheese and of course amazing customer service. Thank you to the owner and the staff for filling my tummy and always making me feel welcome! ?
WHERE DO I BEGIN , MY LORD what a good looking pizza , ordered two medium and they both look amazing . Stuffed my face with 3 slices and I'm hooked for life . Highly recommend a try.
I’ve read a few reviews here and I see a common trend of complaints about masks, I hope you folks understand there are health exemptions from wearing masks some people cannot it’s their own medical health. As a long time customer of Willy’s I firmly believe they have all measures properly in place having been there monthly for the BBQ Chicken pizza! There’s plexiglass through out dividing the staff from the customers, masks on all staff at all times even with Willy’s written on it, hand sanitizer readily available and automatic doors on all public access points bathrooms included. The food is amazing the best pizza in town you get what you pay for and quality is what you get! The staff are always warm and welcoming, the service is fast and efficient, and quality control is on point and the foods always hot!Cheers to the staff for providing to the hungry people during this whole pandemic!
Koodos to the two young lady’s working at the cash who at all times we’re wearing their mask properly. Unfortunately the kitchen staff and some drivers haven’t gotten the hint on how to properly wear their masks yet even after almost 2 years of having to wear them. it’s to bad as their pizza is awesome, although they aren’t able to follow public health guidelines especially during these times.

I see owner commenting that staff does wear masks, however I can confirm that all kitchen staff moments ago do not wear masks appropriately. Having a mask on and only around your chin does not warrant proper use of a mask. Disappointing to see during these times. Other than that, lovely cashiers at the front.
Amazing pizza! Very generous toppings! Best pizza in Kanata. The most cheese I've ever eaten on a pizza. So tasty and filling! The picture doesn't do the pizza justice.
