This drive thru in Kanata is amazing and very quick and efficient! Several visits and my order is always quick and correct! Highly recommend this location as opposed to the Lincoln Fields location which is very poorly managed and extremely slow!
Went in to try the new breakfast menu. The food was good (had the sausage, egg and Swiss croissant sandwich combo) but the restaurant was dirty. There were used napkins and bits of food all over the floor. This was our first dine in experience at a Wendy's since the pandemic started. Quite disappointing.
Staff okay, Food not bad. Seating terrible and the restaurant is filthy. Floors are sticky and look like they are not washed regularly. Tables are not washed regularly. The garbage can in the parking lot was not emptied and garbage was blown in the lot and in the gardens. Very disappointed since the reno. This is based on several visits hoping things will change and now we’ll frequent a different Wendy’s.
I am a huge fan of Wendy's burgers and fries, however I decided to try the new breakfast menu... it took 20 minutes in the drive thru at 7am when everyone is in a hurry to get to work, communicating was an issue, and when I finally tried the breakfast sandwiches both bacon and sausage, the biscuit was uncooked on both sandwiches and the food was terrible, the coffee was terrible. Looks like I'll be sticking to timmies
WWE asked for fresh fries no salt. Got to the window and my husband asked it's three minutes on fresh fries right the person at window said no we just made the. He then said no I asked for fresh fries no salt he argued at first and finally gave up and made us fresh fries. We ask for fresh fries no salt everything last time before this the fries were undercooked and cold plus they are never open past 10 anymore for dine in as someone who comes with a motorcycle it's kind of hard to take it to go service is horrible at this location almost every time we come here would love togiveahirer rating as someone who has worked in fast food industry all their life I find it hard to
Wendys prioritizes food delivery services ignoring customers ib the store. This resulted in cold food and a 10 minute wait for the food to be replaced, with food that was not much warmer.This is the second time I have been to this location whem the drink machine has run out of almost all flavours, leaving a very limited selection of soft drinks.The floors and tables were dirty and n9 effort was put ibto cleaning in the 30 minutes we were here.
Called to ask if my skip the dishes order went through.. the employee rudely said “we’re busy and it’s off”, hung up the phone and then hung up the phone each time I tried to call back. Incredibly terrible phone etiquette and service.
Don't bother with breakfast, they aren't ready for that market yet. Cold potatoes(i mean like been sitting for an hour cold), Coffee is TERRIBLE and sandwiches are soooo greasy ....save yourself the time and go ANYWHERE ELSE for breakfast
Ordered via drive thru. Food order was correct. Didn't have to wait too long around 4pm. Food was nice and hot when we got home. Tried their poutine for the 1st time..really good!! Love their chili as well. ?? well done Wendy. ??
Could the bacon be anymore greasier and burnt??? Oh and my Junior bacon cheese burger, was it made by a blind dude? Whoever made and served this salad around 7pm in April 15 2022 should be fired!
