Standards have dropped immensely; I have noticed this over the past few months. Today was particularly upsetting and it spurred me to write this review. When I bought my coffee an was looking for somewhere to sit, I had to request the staff to clean a table; all the free tables were dirty from previous customers and had been that way for a while. When I sat down I noticed the flies; landing particularly on my feet and shoulders (I was wearing sandals and a sleeveless shirt.) I spoke to one of the staff on the floor and she just fluffed me off saying at first "that there is only one fly" and when I pointed out more , she said "it's because it is hot today." I spoke to the supervisor and she apologized for the dirty tables explaining that they were short staffed and there were only two staff in the store. She also apologized for the flies (which were also flying around behind the counter i.e. kitchen area) and said she would ask her manager to spray something. Such a pity! I like Timmy's and the building at March Road is new and pretty but management is failing to keep reasonable standards of cleanliness.
Sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes only to get a horribly made passion fruit ice tea quencher. Do yourself a favour and avoid this location.
Ordered a lime cilantro chicken bowl was given a wrap i can not eat bread - I took it back and told them so they gave me a bowl with breaded chicken took it back by this time my children had finished so I left with nothing! Totally incompetent eat here at your own risk!!!
There line up in the drive thru was long, they were out of blueberry muffins and old fashion donuts. All of this happened at 10am on a Saturday morning.I suggest to visit the Tim's across the street.
They prioritize drive thru too much. Waited in line for 20 minutes and was served quickly. They were out of a lot of things as well so I didn't get most of what I wanted. I visited in the afternoon on a weekday.If you're going to go, use the drive thru.
Just wanted to preface this by saying that I don't post reviews often, so please take this as an honest critique.I'm not sure what it is about this location (especially being a newer store), but it seems to be the only Timmies in the city where any time I try to go through the drive-thru to get an Apple Fritter, they're ALWAYS out. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is.They probably knew that this review would be coming at one point with how disappointed I've left feeling each time I rolled up to the speaker. What can I say though? TH cornered the market on the donuts game, long ago. How tf can you always be running out?I just don't get it...
The worse Tim Hortons experience of my life this morning, we ordered $150 worth of food for a sports team. When we went to pickup after accepting and processing the transaction the casher refused to give us the receipt. She said she doesn't know how to print the receipt. How do you work as a cashier if you can't print the receipt??? I will never ever visit this location.
The stupid red haired girl working drive through is too incompetent to literally watch a camera and deduce "This car arrived first and has been waiting, Ill serve them first". When Brought up she proceeded to get ignorant and rude over the drive thru. So after going inside and seeing the line up is out the door I ask to speak to the manager "Guapiuden" who proceeded to let the girl come off of drive through and continue to make dumb , snarky comments instead of you know? doing her job.Zero apology , zero anything from Guapiuden the manager. 0/10 management skills 0/10 customer service. Cant say enough about how ridiculously terrible everything about the service of this place is.
Worst Timmies I’ve been to in all of Ottawa-Kanata. It’s a big place as well that doesn’t serve food past a certain time and then I ask for a donut and they didn’t even have 1 donut at 9pm. I see 3 cars just pull out of the drive thru. Who runs this Timmies, how do you stay open by serving coffee and napkins?
Would give 0 stars if I could, ordered two iced caps, they didn't give us straws. After asking 3 times they finally reached to give me a straw and threw their plastic coffee tray and hit my car. Terrible service and incompetent employees working the window.
