Always a bad experience at this location, some of the staff don't pay attention to you when placing order and ends up giving what you never requested for. It's been a continues issue.
In my experience, i think the only time I had good experiences were when the owner ( if m not wrong ) was sitting in the store. Other times, i cant remember a single day when my orders were made correctly.Just for an instance, I always order the new hazelnut cold brew with espresso and yesterday along with few other days, they just put a regular ice coffee with no espresso ( well thats just a normal ice coffee, where is cold brew with espresso??) and then upon questioning they ll give u a bad look as if We did something wrong. I asked that why they didnt make it properly, there was no reply. Imagine you standing in front and the employee doesnt reply? I am not one of those who argues on such stuff and also my time is money. I am just writing this reveiw because i think now its been happening quite frequently that this needs to be addressed because I am spending my money on something that is not worth i feel.Well obviously they never corrected it. Weird I pay for stuff and they make it wrong. I myself have worked at tims for 2 years and I know such things can happen with the new hires but the people m mentioning are not new hires and have negative attitude and instead of admitting their fault they look in a way if it was customer who was at fault. Each one is noticing that someone is making the drink completly wrong but no once steps up and corrects them.Ridiculous!!I always used to come at this location but I think I will have to switch to another location and make sure not to come here again.
Once me and my friend walked to tim hortons and we both ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. And when we were to far away to walk back we realized they didnt put bacon on our sandwiches. This gave me and my friend severe depression. It still tasted good though.
Nice place. I visited during my trip from Ottawa to Waterloo. Excellent quality of the food, coffee and very friendly staff. I'll be back for sure on my next trips...
I commented earlier about a half eaten timbit in my water. I just realized its a new recipe, and its good for your health and diet. I recommend asking for a half eaten timbit in your water, because the saliva makes your immune system way better. #covidisnotreal
It's a Tim's. The food is as bad as it gets!!!Some staff weren't masked. A couple wore chin warmers...2 out of 15 customers were masked at the peak of wave 6.
I have come here over the last 15 years to either get donuts and coffee or have dinner. Yes I admit, over the last few years things have deteriorated mostly due to COVID. Staff seems to be overworked and I have also noticed the drive-thru are give more priority than in-store customers. As for me and my family we always try to chose when it's not busy. I NEVER come here during weekday lunch hour or early mornings. Those are horrible times to come. My review is mostly for dinner times and weekends when things are still busy but reasonable. At least during my visits staff has always been friendly or at least courteous. That's at least my own experience
I'm starting to get very disappointed with this location cause it randomly closes its store front at anytime of the day and has only drive thru open. They say its due to staffing issues but yet when they have double the staff working the window than most tim hortons i have been to. The tim hortons on st.laurant will have 3 people working in the morning but when i come to the eagleson location at 6:30 am their doors r locked and i see 6 staff members working the window
I have been going to this location for over 2 years and wow what a change in the last few months, staff are slow, disrespectful, and I have gotten sick several times from this timmies. I can't drink cream and usualy get ice coffee so I know the difference in colour from Milk and cream but everytime I get one back that is a light colour I tell them no I asked for milk which they argue with me at the window so I tell them make another one watch the colour difference and then I get oh here but no I'm sorry or anything. I get really sick when it's made with cream and this morning the samething happened and they made 2 which again were same colour very light so I said thats fine when I'm sick you will know well guess what I have 3 sips and now I'm so sick. These guys just don't care. I'm not here to make things difficult cause I want to be I'm requesting something different for a reason. Who now is gonna take responsibility. Ever since Carol left things are soooooo bad
