I'm really disappointed with the lady that was working the drive through tonight. I was at the window and she was being so rude with the others she was working with tonight while she was standing around doing nothing. She also had an attitude with not only me but the car in front of me. Unfortunately it's not the first time I had issues with this women. It's almost every night and she is slow and works like she doesn't even want to be there. I never give a bad review but I have to this time and I'm sorry she is like this daily. I've even waited in the line for up to 25 minutes just for an order, which is sad because I know she is the one that is working. My apologies to timmies because it's a great place and every other person that works there is so nice they don't deserve to be put into this category. I am giving it a one star because I have to otherwise I would give her that star
Ordered bagel in drive thru. Got to window. Apparently they have no bagels available. At 5 pm??They are consistently out of bagels. I don’t understand this location at all
Super hit or miss with this place. Had a bit of a disaster with one of my orders, and ended up fixing multiple items at a different tims. Other times, this location is bang on. This location appears to have staffing issues, as they usually seem stressed and disorganized when I come by. Trainees should really have more regular staff in attendance, as it is unfair to the regular staff.
One of my favorite places for coffee and breakfast. I love their double toasted bagels . I feel so relaxed whenever I enter this shop as the smell of coffee is so fascinating ?
This Tim Horton's doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Placed an order through Uber Eats and half of my order was missing. The sandwiches which are the pricier items were not in the bag. Also my iced coffee had no ice. It tasted loke a melted ice capp. When I called to let someone know, the guy yelled at me and told me that it is not their fault and that they are very busy. The staff are rude and disrespect. Will never order from there again.
Tried their new product Loaded Wrap, taste pretty good. Just the size looks like only half of size shower on their store display. Also takes 20mins to finish. Recommend for drive through since looks like they are really busy to prepare drive through orders and does not care too much the customers waiting in the store
The drive throught service is the worst i've ever been to in my life. I go there every single day because it is 2 mins from my house but everysingle day i regret going there. The drive throught staff is extremely disrespectful, they never offer you napkins, they often give me the wrong food, ONE specific lady there has really bad customer service skills ( rude rude ). I wish i could give this place zero stars. It sucks but tomorrow i will see their faces and rudeness again ??????
I’m not sure if the owner looks at these reviews ... but if he/she does .... let me tell you this - stop prioritizing drive through over in store and Uber/skip drivers ! I have repeatedly waited 15 minutes so so so many times in store!!! For donuts and coffee, this is ridiculous ! Store has a reputation of such a longer wait time than any other Timmies ...
I was greated by a very nice supervisor. Her name was Kashish. Absolutely amazing girl. She welcomed ne woth big heart. Even drew a smile on our cups. Suggested us a new wrap.Keep up.the good work
Hot chocolate is dirty water. How is that ok? Does nobody look at the drinks before they serve them?
