Seeing all these slow reviews is shocking, go to the one on Merivale and see what slow is. Been here twice around 715-720am and it took 3-5 minutes to order, pay and get my food even with a line up. Food was made well and drinks were perfect. Staff is doing a great job and this is the fastest Tim Hortons I have ever been too across the entire country.
We had no power for 2 days and on the 2nd day we made it to the drive thru a 1/2 hour before closing and we put our order through and after she accepted our order we were then notified by the employee that they were closing, after they accepted my order. I didn't care about myself but my 12 year old who was very hungry since he hadn't had much to eat since the storm was very very disappointed. Thanks for helping your community in a time of need! With so many Tim Horton's in the area, this one will never see my business again.
Went through drive through to order 2 small iced capps the other day, was asked to repeat my order twice. When I finished ordering, no total or confirmation given except for some odd grunting noise from the order taker. Got to the window, girl working the window only had 1 drink sitting when I ordered 2 and said that only 1 was punched in. She proceeded to make the 2nd drink without any apology. You can really tell that the workers are either overworked, aren't treated right or don't care about the job at all as it shows in their body language and demeanor. Horrible service at this location, the one in Kanata on Hazeldean is way better if you plan on going to Timmies!
This store is slow and lazy. I was previously a manager at a tim hortons and if my staff was this slow and lazy they would be fired. They are very slow even with small orders. There was burnt crumbs from someone else's food because they didn't clean the grills. It's only lunch time and the garbage is already that full?! No one bothers to change the garbage. I took pictures of all this.If you are wondering what those black spots are on my farmers wrap? That is previously cooked food that wasn't cleaned off the grill and burnt onto my food.And to top it off, I get half a wrap ?!This happened at 11:45AM on May 5th 2022DO NOT GO HERE!I'm disgusted
This place is so slow every time we go hear drive thru or in store no one cares so they move like snails I was previously a manager at tim hortons and if my staff were this slow I would be all over it there was 5 staff and I alone would get more done then all of them put together if your in a hurry don't go hear
Got to drive thru and 2 other people (who got there after me) were served in the other lane before me. This place is worst than the Tim’s across the road. They never listen, you have to repeat yourself so many times
We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it came with very old lettuce and almost no sauce. However, we then gave them a chance of redemption and asked for 2 simple ice coffees with 2 shots of caramel each and they didn’t put any shots of caramel and somehow managed to make the drink taste like jet fuel.
Bought a dozen donuts and a few coffees. I can best describe the donuts as merely edible.1) Poor selection of donuts.2) The coffee tasted terrible. 3 out of 4 of us didn't want to drink our coffees. (the 4th person liked it just fine)3) The donuts were terrible. How can a restaurant known for coffee and donuts sell such a sub-par product? The donut fillings were cheap, relatively tasteless and textureless. The donuts felt and tasted cheap, pre-made and were wholely unpleasant although they were edible.I don't understand how a chain can continue to be profitable with such sub-par fare? Incredibly disappointed at the lack of quality. I will not be a repeat customer of this franchise. It seems like all quality and proper taste has been taken out of the products.
No priority on walk-ins. Rarely have jelly filled timbits or donuts and somehow screw them up when they do. On average for fast food in Kanata North but way below average for a typical Tim Hortons.
