Went here around 4pm yesterday, through the drive through. There was no one in line before us, I ordered a chicken quesadilla, drink and 2 regular beef tacos. It was pretty good, they were overall friendly. We received the order faster than normal. The only thing is, shortly after eating the quesadilla, let's just say I spent quite a bit of time in the bathroom, multiple times and had horrible stomach pains with that. I didn't eat much else that day besides the taco bell so I don't think it was something else. I'm not sure if I got a stomach bug from the food or what but I normally never get a bad stomach reaction from taco bell. I may avoid this location in the future personally.
Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service at drive thru. While at the pick up window the woman at drive thru closes the window mid conversation. This is also not my first time having issues with this location. I wouldn’t bother to go here,Popeyes is across the parking lot
Worst chain ever. Workers don’t wear gloves and are touching the ground beef with hands. Wrong order was given at the car outside And the employee opened up the sealed packages with his bare dirty hands and then he proceeded to give it to another car??? How unsanitary?Placed an order at 7:15 and 40 minutes later nothing… they always tell you to wait outside at the front even if no one is in line behind you just so they can take forever to finish your order. I went in, asked for a refund after almost waiting half an hour - they lied and said that my order was half way done (there was nothing on the table) definitely had not even started the order.- there was only 2 people in the store waiting for an order, 2 other couples left .. severely understaffed and no one is even apologetic at all. Was given a refund of $50’s all in 5’s?
I always come to this Taco Bell, and honestly love it. I drive from Gatineau just for this Taco Bell, and they say their drive through is open until 2am, I’m here at 12:30am and everything is closed. Very disappointed that I drove here for nothing.
UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFI Ordered Crunchwrap supreme that was soggy and not crunchyI called them to confirm if they forgot to add crunchy tostada shell!!!!On call I could hear a girl from background shouting in punjabi “he is a liar”I complained to the manager about this behaviour and she offered me a free wrap this time which I rejected.I will make sure the complaint goes to regional manager if not corporate officeShe should learn some etiquettes on how to deal with customer
I have gone two times and both unbelievable. No worth the money. This place totally worst, I have spent 35 minutes in the drive thru for two items. This place already has slow service, at least be nice. There is no care about customer’s. No one says hello, thanks or sorry. Best to forget this place.
Paid 45$ for dried out cardboard fries , ( fry supreme ) x3 and the tocos had no meat in them . Was one of the worse places I have ever gotten food from . I didn’t even want free stuff cause I will never waste my money or time to go back . I was / am so upset with the poor quality of food people think they can charge money for and get away with it . Horrible horrible food . What a waste of my money and time . Soooooo disappointed.
I was there yesterday,I ordered quisidilia with super fries.I ate both on, because I was extremely hungry.Did not think to, take a picture of both.There was almost no, chicken and the rest was falling apart.
Was only person in the restaurant and got ignored for over 5 min while they continued to serve the drive thru (that came after me) Even had a staff walk past with face in her iPad…and still ignored me. Absolutely brutal. Will never go back and will follow up with head office as this is the second time going to this location and the same thing happening.
