Walked in for dinner for 2 on a Thursday evening and was promptly rejected by the waitress rudely telling us that there were no more tables when clearly only one row of tables were seated (I counted 5). All the tables in the middle and other sides were completely empty. Even if it were true, she never tried to tell us the expected wait time and was in a rush to push us out…Extremely rude waitress, extremely disappointing, and will never return to such disgusting service. I will never understand how anyone can expect to run a successful restaurant like this.Please upvote this so hopefully management will see it and make the necessary changes. This sushi place has been around for a while and I remember it being good many many years ago. I hope it can make a return one day but with the current service, I do not see that happening anytime soon.

Went here with my family for all-you-can-eat and the service was terrible. They left our dirty dishes and empty beer cans on the table, never finished our orders, took our food to another table and never asked once how the meal was. We spent 2hrs in a sushi restaurant that only had one other table to serve. I feel that it was because they only had one person making the food and he was also doing take out orders as well. We will never go back to this place again.

Extremely unimpressed. We thought it was going to be similar to Sushi Kan but not even close. Food took hours to come, items we ordered at the beginning never came until the end, poor service and probably the worst sushi we have ever had. The fish was definitely not fresh and the worst part is that we were the ONLY table in the restaurant - can’t imagine how the service and food would have been if it were busy but I now see why it’s not. Reservation at 6pm and still waiting on food at 8:15pm. We finally said forget the rest of the order and left.Very overpriced - don’t waste your money honestly.

Worst sushi I’ve ever had. Service was extremely long(only 3 tables), 60% of the fish was still frozen, no taste, they were bringing our all you can eat sushi 1-2 at a time instead of most at once. Brought the fried banana in the middle of the diner and it was literally the size of my thumb and discusting.Carpet smelled, not friendly and barely spoke English. First and last time sorry

Honestly, didn't even get more than just through the door. We tried calling several times to get a reservation and after 3 attempts gave up and just tried to walk in. When we got there the was only 1 table with three people during the prime dinner rush. A bit of a red flag, but that aside we were informed that if we didn't have a reservation they couldn't help us despite have almost 10 empty tables. She was not the friendliest person either. Will not be going back.

Nice staff, clean tables and a nice and quiet place to eat which is rare nowadays. The main issue was the food. It's the first time that food made me want to throw up in a long time. I am pretty sure that the fish wasn't fresh and it might be going bad. All the people that were with me thought the same thing. I would really want this restaurant to fix their food, if they do, I would definitely come back because of how nice the staff was at this place.

I don’t understand how this plays expects to stay in business. Two times now we have tried to dine in here. The first time we were told that we needed a reservation (even though the place was empty), so the second time we tried calling the restaurant twice. No answer. So we decided to drop in & see if we could get a table since they weren’t answering their phone. We once again arrive to an empty restaurant & were met by an aggressive lady saying we needed to make a reservation & that she could not accommodate us.Don’t waste your time. After looking at other reviews, I guess I’m glad I wasn’t able to dine in ??‍♀️

I love, this place. The staff here are friendly and helpful, you really won't find better Sushi anywhere. The quality of the food has always been great. The place is clean. I have even arrived when they are closing (I didn't know the hours) and they have invited me in to place my take out order and they did it with a smile. The are a super busy place so you can encounter wait times every now and then but it is more than worth it if you want great food. If you haven't tried these guys yet stop in or order one of there Sushi platters or browse what they have. You will absolutely enjoy it..

In town and found this place near my hotel. Air con was not working so it was a bit of a sweatfest. The food was just okay. rice couldn't stay together in the sushi or the rolls.. To warm in there perhaps. The only cool thing was the robot server that rolls your meal over to your table. Hilarious to watch and a sign of the times. Very expensive for the quality of the sushi. Better choices in the area.

I was in today and I have to admit that it was a horrifying experience. The food was old from the ginger to salmon to hot and sour. Everything was smelly. I got sick and puke in the washroom. The food smell like the wet cloths that left near your sink for weeks. We ate just a bit of food and when we told the waitress the experience. They didn’t seem to care and make us pay full price. During the time we were there, anyone come they refused service. They didn’t seem to care if we die of food poisoning
