The manager and assistant manager at this location are the ruddiest I’ve ever seen! Manager was handling a situation with a little bit of rudeness and then the assistant manager jumped in when it was not called for and made the situation worst! I’ve worked retail all my life and when a manager is dealing with a customer, the assistant manager should not chime in when they are not asked to help! And a manager should allow the customer to finish what they are trying to explain before they say anything and to never tell them to stop talking. Maybe they both need to take some proper management courses and customer service courses and how properly handle situations.

Very disgusted and disappointed with the manager and assistant manager. I had a situation this afternoon where my Apple Pay was declined by their machine and had to use another card. I checked my account afterwards and found that the charge actually did go through. So I went back up and started to explain that the charge did go through on my account even though it was declined and I used another card. The manager would not allow me to explain that I used another account. He told me to calm down and to stop talking so he could look at my receipts but had no knowledge as to what he was looking at. Told him to not to tell me to be quiet or to calm down, as I’m trying to explain what was going on. Then the assistant manager decides to chime in and start telling me that I need to calm down and stop yelling and he doesn’t like how I’m talking to the manager. I explained I do not like how I’m being spoken too. Even the cashier was trying to help and explain it was 2 different accounts. Finally the manager stopped and listened. He then understood and I got a refund. Never in my life have I ever felt being talked down to and dismissed with what I was saying. Telling me I was wrong when he wouldn’t listen in the first place. I will never go there again for how poorly the manager and assistant manager treated me this afternoon!!!!

Yummy food, great fast food and the staff at this site are always nice.

FOOD POISONING BEWAREI will never eat here again and encourage everyone reading this to avoid it as well.After eating here for the first time in years I got food poisoning a few hours afterwards. More details below.Back around 2010-2015 I would frequent this location and had never been disappointed, I must have went to it at least a few dozen times during that time period.The last afternoon I developed a subway craving and decided to visit this location. As soon as I entered it seemed to have come under completely new management since 2015 or so. I didn’t think much of it but should have listened to my gut and just left.Service was slow as mentioned by other reviews and the server seemed quite slow and generally incompetent. It took her around a whole minute to put 4 slices of cheese on the sandwich and when she applied the sauces there was literally half a cup in one glob on one side, she just stared at me aimlessly until I told her to spread the sauce. Perhaps she was under training but the above just screams incompetence - it’s making a sandwich at the end of the day, a 10 year old could do it.Anyways I had the sandwich, it was alright, the cold cuts might have seemed a bit on the old side but it tasted 95% standard subway so I enjoyed it.Fast forward 3 hours and I’m feeling nauseous and throwing up worse than I had in years.I woke up the next morning feeling sick. Posting this at 5am so I might update depending on how I feel on the following days, but regardless this location should be avoided.FOOD POISONING BEWARE

This Subway location is the best Subway I've been to thus far, the have good portions and the staff and Manager are always so friendly. I live in Bridlewood where I am close to 2 other Subways but prefer and will always go to this location instead

Indian Manager is super rude. Instead of treating customers with respect and with a smile on his face. Also, he trains the employees to skimp on the veggies. No matter how many times you ask for "lots of tomato, lettuce, etc"No wonder why this place has such poor reviews. First and last time here.

Went there a few days ago and I could not believe what was happening. This is the first time in my life that I have had to deal with such a horrible manager, I think I am still in shock. This man came up to me in such a rude and disgusting way, such a terrible attitude that I don't even know how to explain it. This happened literally for no reason. So disrespectful, I have warned my friends and family already and I don't care if I need to take a longer ride but we are definitely not returning there.

I have never met such a manager being this rude lol. This was days ago btw, went there to pickup what I ordered and wow, extremely rude behaviour and I decided to not “fight” back or be rude as he was because thankfully I was actually taught to have education and be polite to others. Obviously, I won’t be going back there.

Companies need to be careful with the people the hire because their management is TERRIBLE. I do not care how much I love subway, I rather starve than having to go back and see the managers face with his disgusting attitude. It's a bye for me.
