I had a wonderful experience during my visit at Starbucks Kanata (eagleson) location. Thank you Jammers / Jamie for being so friendly and amazing. We will be back!
Proof of Vaccine. She doesn’t accept the proof of vaccine we show. We said, let us sit at the table and bring you the one you want. She is following and waiting next to us. I said, we are trying to download the form you want, please give us time. I showed her that we are vaccinated and that is from the Gov of Ontario. Unfortunately, i couldn’t download and we had to leave. We made her happy by leaving.
I go here regularly and I have to say, everything is amazing here. The staff are so sweet, the drinks and snacks are always fresh. If you worry about waiting a lot, just order in person, it saves you and the barista time. Thanks Starbucks!
Staff was sweet and patient while I struggled with my Apple Wallet, despite them being short- staffed. Huge shout out to Renee that was working the window. She seriously should be recognized for her calm kindness. We need more people like her. 20/10 Renee. Thank you!!!! You’re truly awesome!!!!
this Starbucks is amazing, literally they have the best customer service & staff ever!! theyre so friendly, and always go out of their way to make u comfortable, even if you're just going thru the drive thru, or if ur sitting down. love the quality , my favourite Starbucks for real!!
Inflation, it's everywhere nowadays. In the store, you buy the same product, for the same price but it's less in quantity. So, you actually pay more. Same, I guess with coffee shops. Same drink, same price but less caffeine. Two stars for the service, tho', the person that served us was all smiley and polite, "How are you? Have a nice day!" but the truth is, I went there for coffee. The good service was just a delightful bonus (I tipped them a dollar. Until we are all replaced by robots at some point in the future :). Got the service, didn't get the caffeine. Which is the reason I went there (I think I said that, I'm kinda jittery. I should drink less coffee), Cheers
They literally turned my service away at 6:10 in the morning when they have always been open at 6 am sharp.. Girl told me they are closed still and to drive off! I was baffled.
Worst Starbucks in the West end of Ottawa....Avoid this location! The rudest staff!!!! Person taking your order is pleasant, takes the order takes your money and then when you get your coffee its not what you asked for!!! Has happened to me sooo often at this location. Then they are annoyed rude when you bring it to their attention that they didn't get the order right again!! Not my fault no reason for the attitude! and then you wait 10 minutes for the correct order...I don't ever write reviews but this has happened so often I just had to.

I was here today, and I have always had such great experience. But today the girl at the drive thro was incredible, so sweet just made my day. I was having a very hard and exhausting week and this sweet girl just brighten my day and made it a 1000 times better. My food and drink was also amazing
