It was fine. I did drive through and the people inside had an excellent sense of humour. I was able to use a gift card from years ago and it worked!!!Good experience and relatively fast.
Slowest drive through in kanata, 3 cars in front of me I don’t even think ordered any as there was no way they took and made those orders in under 10 seconds each but took roughly 5 min for the other cars ahead of me. And for my drink I asked for a venti and got a grande and my dragonfruit refresher was not purple but a weird opaque. Asked for 50$ reload and they put 5$ ? I Will stick to the other locations as they are typically in more convenient locations.
Very busy location with competent staff and quick and friendly service. The coffee is consistently great!
Lovely staff, lots of space and outlets to work/eat and parking is not chaos.
Just attended this location and bought my first ever Starbucks coffee. Staff could tell I was a newbie, they asked me what I liked and were super friendly. I got a large white Mocha and it was seriously good. I am now hooked and will definitely get this coffee again plus the staff made this experience a sheer delight. Thanks again !!!!!!!!
Awful experience. Some staff members were rude and I wouldn't recommend students to study at this location.

I go to this location often and the staff are awesome. Funny and efficient and when there's a long line-up they always apologize for the wait. No apology necessary, but it's just nice that they offer it all the same. I also had a drink that wasn't half-sweet as requested on one visit and they remade it with no issues. I felt bad asking for it to be remade, but they were very apologetic and were not put off by it in the least.
Seriously the slowest drive thru I've ever seen. I would sooner drive to a starbucks further away from my work just so I do not end up wasting 30+ mins of my day. They are friendly, nice and always get my order right, I just wish they could do all of that quickly.
