i love stealing books from chapters and bringing them here to read, where i can sip on some coffeee and soothe my sadness for my lost kitty cat.
Ordered online only to find out the store was closed. The store opens at 7am and this was at 8:15 am..I guess someone slept in. Common occurrence at this location. Just wish they wouldn't take orders until the cash is opened the prevent this from happening and refunds
I’m absolutely at loss for words for the poor experience I just had at this location.Walked into the location (4 customers inside) was ordered loudly by the cashier to step outside max capacity of 4.Not a problem, stepped outside and waited in the heat for about 10-15 mins until exactly two separate customers left.Once inside, we place our order and we’re at a capacity of 4 at this point, 2 customers then walk in (capacity of 6) not a word… 2 minutes later another customer walks in (capacity of 7) not a single word again, they then serve the 7th customer. At this point we are so confused as to how this is happening for a solid 20 mins without a single person saying anything.I brought this concern up with the barista and manager. Absolutely no actual concern from the manager, super nonchalant.Last time I come here. Consistency is key in order to succeed.Do better.

I only recently started going to this Starbucks (iced coffee season). I had to write a review and say just how lovely Sonny is. She is an absolute ray of sunshine and truly makes my day every time I get to chat with her. Without a doubt, every time she is working she has a huge smile on her face and makes you feel as though genuinely excited to see you. She is main reason why I go to this Starbucks vs. the nearby drive through.
