We’ve come here frequently due to the convenience of playing in the building. Worst mistake! I would give 0 stars if I could.The service has consistently been horrible enough that I could not steer anyone else away faster. To begin, the service every time we’ve come (which is more than 5 different occasions) is always incredibly slow. It’s been so bad that other waitresses have checked on our table to see if our waiter(resse) is doing their job. They don’t use paper to write down orders, even on busy nights when many teams are going. Every time it’s been 45 minutes to 1 hour just to get beer, and this last time was over 2 hours to get our food, and over 2.5 hours by the time we got our bills (after asking many times for everything being told they would be right over and taking another 25 minutes). To make things worse, Stanley’s has gone back to printed menus about a month ago, but the prices on their menus are a few $ less than what they are charging you, which is not the agreed upon price as the consumer agrees to pay the offered price on the menu. When we brought this up they told us “these menus are wrong, the computer is right. We are trying to update the menus”. Only upon further questioning did they change the price they were charging us. The menus are correct until you print a new one - or go back to digital as you were doing until a month ago and we won’t have this problem. Our team now would rather go down the street to any other establishment and we would be out much before 2.5 hours with a drink and some food that we’re sharing.

Play sports at the Sensplex on a weekly basis and enjoy going up for a pint ot two after the game with other players on the team. Some of us good finger foods, some order an entree on occasion. Food is tasty and Drinks are cold. Pricing is reasonable.

The absolute worst pizza I have ever tasted. Friend and I had a quarter of a slice and have been throwing up the last 3 days.

It’s impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or emails. We have reached out multiple times in the last week and have received zero response. My son’s high school was planning a game over Christmas as a prom fundraiser. In light of current public health recommendations it is obviously not safe to proceed but Sensplex has been completely negligent in not responding to any attempts to contact them. Not at all impressed with their total disregard for public health.

Wow! What an incredibly overpriced restaurant. $20.32 after taxes for 10 wings. Please refer to menu before ordering! 3 staff working the small bar when there is no table service?

The new COVID procedures are set-up very well and are very easy to follow.

This place stinks. Maybe it was because it was busy but it took 30 minutes for my drink to come. Would only recommend if you have lots of time. The food was overcooked and the service was horrible.

Terrible service, average food. Would not recommend. Have a captive audience, so can get away with lousy service. If you can, just bring your own food. Avoid this place at all costs!

Despite all their poor reviews, I had a wonderful time. I came with my team this past Saturday, and even though a bit busy, the waitress was very attentive to our needs and ensured we were satisfied. I cannot remember my waitress's name, I think it started with an S, I would recommend her to anyone.
