That tells me all I need to know. Doesn't even cover the cost of replacing the items.
Walked in to pick up supper for the fam. So impressed to see Panzerottis on their menu. ?I ♥️ Calzones!! (Which is the name I know them as). They offer baked or deep fried... I went with deep fry. It was so huge and yummy ? I couldn't finish it all. I bought the Super but there are 6 other types and they start at $7.29. In my opinion, the price ? was very reasonable for the amount of toppings and size. We also got a walk in special $12.49 XL Pep & Cheese Pizza ? and a Small Chees pizza.I capture a couple pic's... The fam couldn't wait for me so some pieces are already gone. ?
Never seen this place closed, always open until 2, until now, good friday is a killer, not impressed, big enough chain and busy enough to stay open for a few slower nights per year. Check hours
Buddy needs to stop "closing his cash" hours before they are actually closed and saying he won't accept cash. If he's an employee, he shouldn't be and if he's the owner, than that's even worse.Not to mention, they've almost (only once it was correct) follow the special instructions.
Ordered 3 panzerottis and they were all horrible quality. Two of them were raw and was was dropping wet. Called customer service and wasn't given any option for a refund. Driver also called back demanding to come and pick the food up after. Lots of attitude problems. Will not order again.
High probability of getting the order wrong. You pay for premium toppings that they don't add or completely forget too. Probably better off to order in person to verify they get it right.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and paid partially in cash. There was no orders except for mine as it was 3pm and it wasn't busy in the store from what I could see. This is the 4th time my order has been tracked as "ready for pickup" then I have to wait after I get there for it to actually be put together?After taking my payment the person serving me immediately coughed and covered his mouth with his hand, then starting handling my food without washing hands - so he touched money and the register and then my food.He didn't put on gloves or anything and so I was very disturbed by this practice, very unhealthy and unsafe - especially during pandemic.I decided not to eat the sandwich, my coworkers and I work close by and usually order from here. For $9 it wasn't very well put together or much value, I am not too sure I want to come back. I couldn't even get extra pickles even though was willing to pay. Customer service is just ok but I'm worried about hygiene.
Ordered a chicken pizza and there was only 1 very tiny piece of chicken on the every slices. Felt like we were eating just a pizza dough. Also the ingredients were not the same as other pizza pizza locations.
We got barbecue chicken pizza with my friend. It was awful, pls don’t go this branch of pizza pizza. Also there were 3-4 pieces chicken in the large size pizza even though we paid extra ingredient fee for chicken.
They got my order wrong. The meat lovers pizza I did receive was very salty. The wings were devoid of sauce and leathery. The plastic containers for the dipping sauce had been cracked.
