Friendly staffs, good food, good price, well worth the money!
I love this pita pit. When I travel to Ottawa (once a month or so) I always stop at this pita pit. It has the friendliest staff and the best portions of cheese/veggies I've ever seen at a pita pit. It's worth the extra few minutes added to my trip to make the stop. This location has never failed to amaze me.
Expensive as heck. I got a chicken pita, drink and a dime bag of chips.... Over $18. My credit card is jacked. Feels like I will be blasting gravy within the hour.
Extremely clean and modern store, fresh toppings, great staff and healthy food! Win win. They made me crave it every day since. Delicious!! A go-to when you're in a rush but want to keep it healthy or just enjoy your food made the way you want it

Extremely excellent in all categories. Staff make it perfectly exactly the way you want it. VERY fresh vegetables!!!! Unlike subway where they give you sour facial expressions when you ask for more toppings this Pita Pit is there to serve and that's very rare these days. Go there and try this place yourself; you won't be disappointed I can guarantee it.

Took me parents here for the first time, the staff was so helpful and patient with them as they looked over the menu! Really amazing food and staff!
Went after gym to get some protein, got cold chicken. Paid for extra chicken, the person who was making it dropped it on the floor in front of me and did not add more.L customer service. Never got this kind of attitude. I’d rather pay 10 dollars to shawarma place than $19 for cold pita with half chicken
The person making the pita put next to no toppings on the pita and the falafel was barely warm.
