We went for lunch and sat on the patio. No one came by, my husband had to go inside to get someone's attention. Water was not offered. Drinks, when they arrived were good. Dad's ribs and fries were cold, and he did not receive the sides he ordered.Management needs to do better with the staffing.
I'm getting rather disappointed with these chain restaurants. I understand staffing is rough right now and things aren't perfect, but our pita chips with the spinach dip had straight up mold on it. They were nice enough to cop it off our bill, but it still made me nervous to eat any more food.Service was quite mediocre. They were friendly, but didn't seem too keen on doing their job to the best potential.Food was also meh. Asked for a steak medium rare and it was quite raw in the middle. Nothing was hot or tasted fresh. You can get better food frozen or home made and I'm not even joking.I used to like this place but I am quite disappointed with these visits lately. I probably wont be coming back unfortunately :/
Nice place. Service was good. There Chocolate chip skillet cookie is good. Also the southern fried chicken burger was good.
Not great…I ordered the smokehouse wrap, it lacked flavour and literally had no bacon on it. Fries were good! Our waitress forgot our drinks twice and overall it felt like the staff were just not interested in being there. Wouldn’t go back based on service and food.
The ambiance was nice, food was good and service was fine. But I have had better taste of the menu items at other locations!
One of the best Montana's I've been. Amazing service, thank you, Brittany. Food is delicious. Delicious medium rare steak. Burgers are top notch. Kids are happy as well.
Always a great place to be whether a meal, dessert or just a drink! Awesome atmosphere, excellent service, friendly and accommodating staff from the hosts to the servers. Exceptional customer service… bar none…from GM Sandra. Always so warm and inviting to all guests, young and old alike. A definite asset to the establishment!!
Ordered steak,mash potatoes and some other stuff through Uber eats as I was staying at a hotel, didn't receive any utensils at all. So I had to use a debit card to eat the mash potatoes and eat the steak like a caveman.?
I don't write enough reviews, but this place was hands down the best service AND food ive had in a LONG TIME! Absolutely amazing A+++ service from our waitress Emily last night! We ordered apps went outside for some air while we waited and she even came out to tell us the food was at the table so it didnt get cold. Exceptional service. The steak was the best steak I've EVER tasted! I can not say enough great things about our experience on New Years Eve! Thank you so much! We WILL be back ?
Kapow! Shrimp is super delicious, liked the guacamole which we have to add extra for the nachos!! Hot wings were super crunchy outside and juicy inside..loaded garlic and cheese pull apart bread was decent but could have been better if garlic flavour has been more…tried chicken tacos and chicken sandwich with chipotle sauce which were like below average for me as the flavours were too bland and chicken in sandwich was way too oily.
