Horrible customer service. Worst attitude ever. They do not own up to their mistakes. Be extra careful of what you are being charged for. Will never return to this horrible place.
Vegetarian and vegan friendly is always a must for me, but the Milanos Hazeldean location gets extra bonus points in my books.I ordered a mixture of vegan, vegetarian, and carnivorous foods online, and the store called me to verify some of my choices so nothing was mixed up - something I appreciated VERY much.The pizza was technically late, however I understand our area was heavily affected by the recent storm, so it was somewhat expected and I wasn't upset. The lovely delivery driver apologized profusely when they arrived, and let me know they were the only driver for the night. They were probably stressed out, but still happy and smiling at my door. The store also ran out of a drink I ordered, so the driver chose a similar drink to that, and explained why they thought it would be good, plus gave me a backup Pepsi in case I hated it (but it was delicious btw).Thank you to the entire location for a very positive experience!! Your delivery driver with multicoloured hair deserves a paid day off ?
After picking up the food from the restaurant and the staff ensuring everything was on the order, I get home to realize the dips ordered were not included. This isn’t the issue. The issue was when I called to inform of the issue and request a refund of what they were offering, which was a credit of three dips, I was repeatedly told no, credit only no refund, only a refund for the one dip. This is terrible customer service and I will not be returning despite any attempts by management to rectify the situation, given management was given plenty of opportunities to rectify.Food was good though, so one extra star for that.
Subtracted one star because they do not do slices. Apart from that it was awesome pizza and helpful staff. Open late on a public holiday which saved the day! We had the milano’s special and it was great!
Excellent place with well made pizza's. I go to a few different Milano locations across Ottawa and this one is by far the best one. Also the staff are very polite.
Waited over 10 minutes to pick up a take out order which was in plain sight. There were 3 employees working and all 3 of them saw me; but, neglected to give any attention to me at all. There was one employee who picked up the phone over serving a customer present in person. Within my 15+ years of customer service, I was always told to serve my patrons that were present and deal with virtual/telephone patrons after. I will not be returning to this location.
We love this Milanos location!! The food is always delicious, hot, and fresh. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They remembered an issue I had with my order and compensated me on my next one. Nothing but great things to say about this location.
I went to this store a couple of weeks ago . I saw some awards that dated back to 2001 ,If you take a closer look at the infra, you will start feeling unsafe . The ceiling is about to fall, the roof needs work too i guess. Overall the place needs restoration asap.
we love steven harper and we love good pizza!the employees seemed to be working really hard, running around like they’re in a restaurant videogame like club penguin or something!truly a classy spot!
They're gluten free pizza isn't bad, but they don't charge extra for it.
