We just got finished watching Monster Spectacular at Canadiantrire Center and this MacDonalds has all their lights on and all signs saying they are open 24 hours on and lit , it was 10:01 and they would not serve us saying they close at 10 . If this is the case change your signs and turn your lights off in the dining area , very poor service .
Took a very long time to get staff to take order when walked in. Fries were under cooked. Staff seemed more concerned in servicing drive thru only. Won't go back when it's busy.
Barb’s act of kindness towards everyone who came into the restaurant didn’t go un-noticed- she went the extra step to ask if her customers had power or not and how she could help them- blown away by such consideration: well done!
Went on Saturday night after the storm. They were insanely busy but were incredibly friendly while taking the order and handing out the food. They did apologize for the longer than usual wait, but did not mind in the slightest after their positive interaction!
The signs says Open 24 hours on the drive thruBut was told by the kids that work there, the owner decided they didn't want to have people on past 10PM. The signage still says Open 24.Isn't that illegal?
Drive thru order was taken in friendly professional manner. Window service was very slow, should have moved cars to waiting spaces. Food was pretty hot and well put together. I think not enough staff was the issue. Waited about 15 mins in short line
Excellent breakfast!Update: At our last visit we dined in for lunch. The new decor is really nice. Usually we use the ordering pod but this time was different. We ordered and paid cash. Just noticed a small improvement to the speaker could help when we order inside. With the plexiglas protecting the cashier during covid restrictions it's almost impossible to hear.
I dont usually make time to do this but my experience was so pleasant.We haven't been to McDonald's in many years but it seemed like a fun outing for the kids. It was a bit chaotic but we had the sweetest employee helping us. I believe her name was Barb. She welcomed us the moment we stepped in and made sure we had everything we needed and more. At one point I was trying to juggle the kids and she rocked my crying baby in the stroller until he calmed. She brought extra coloring sheets over and checked on us throughout our meal. I even noticed her checking on the few people sitting outside. She deserves recognition!! She is amazing! Thank you!
Went online to see if this location was open, got there and the lights were on but nobody was answerin'.The drive thru has signage saying 'open 24 hours' however at 10:45pm garbage cans were set up at the entrance implying it is not open.I do realize that businesses have changed hours due to the pandemic. That being said I do not think any advertisements should be visible stating wrong hours.
I have been coming to this location since it opened and it’s going downhill. They used to have a nice lady greeting and keeping the tables and floors clean but I heard she had quit I was there yesterday and it was terrible. The floors were dirty, the tables were not cleaned or sanitized between customers. So glad my son was working that day as he did cash for a few extra minutes after his shift was done so customers weren’t left waiting for service and he cleaned up garbage that was on the floor even though he was done work for the day. Not sure what’s happening to that location but I don’t think I will bring my little kids back till they start cleaning their tables and floors again.
