Disgusted with how they didnt honor their system this morning... terrible customer service. I was in line before 11am, and they started serving lunch before 11am... then when I finally got to the cash at right at 11am... the girl said breakfast ended. I asked for the manager because I was there before it ended and was waiting in line forever. Then the manager came and said I could get the breakfast. Then she came back and said no hash browns though... like it's really not that hard to follow your own rules guys. This location needs to work on following their own guidelines and following through on their words. Left sad. ?

I love the new renovations. More space and cleaner. Food is what as expected from McDonalds. I'm Loving It !

It's a McDonald's. In keeping with my unwillingness to undermine the definition of the star rating system it has achieved its max. McDonald's cannot provide 5 star service. It's not possible. Please Google stop rating every business and expecting 5 stars. You and Uber are ruining how scales work. McDonald's successfully fed me. 3 stars.

Very poorly managed. Has racists as managers. Store was more efficient when Brittany D was in charge.But to reiterate, the environment of this store is very disgraceful. I wish all the workers get out of there ASAP and work at better run place, like Starbucks :))

Pro: They have really improved service the last few months.Con: Got food poisoning from their big Mac with bacon and chicken McNuggets the night of March 31st and spent 2 days in bed and am still recovering from the effects several days later.Has sworn me off McDonald’s going forward.

This location never fails to disappoint me; every time, whether it be a window, in-store, or even the Uber app, the person packing my order forgets something. I order a combo, my fries usually are missing, and times my drink is missing. I even had a big mac combo, simple as can be and they miss packing the burger into the bag. I understand cutting costs, but this is ridiculous!

Terrible service!!!! Purchased a large pineapple Mango smoothie. When I got it, it was just over half filled. I politely told the employee that it being just over half filled is not really a large, so he apolgieses takes it back it to "fill it". But instead, he shakes the cup to make it seem filled and gives back to me.That's when I snapped and asked the employee if he thought I was stupid. He laughed and said he didn't do it, someone else did that. Then what seems to be a manager comes out and gives me attitude, at which point I felt like I no longer want the smoothie thinking that if the actually fill it they would spit in it. All to say, service is not professional and they think they are smarter than the customer. Very disrespectful and unprofessional!!!!

Came by around 11:45pm with 5 cars ahead. The speed was great but quality was not. Fries should NEVER be served undercooked and burgers shouldn't be smushed and sloppily made. Fast service is pointless if quality is jeopardized. Whether it be day or night, this location is a big disappointment.

Friendly service and fast but at what cost? My burger always looks like this. A little extra care and time will at least prevent this :( this is on the manager.

Rare that my order is wrong, staff is friendly, food at good temperature, fast service especially with app, you can wait in a parking lot with numbers, gonin#nornpass through drive-tru. It happened a month ago they ran out of surprises in happy meal and put a baby book in, my daughter wasn't impress, and they didn't leave us any option to come and exchange it later.
