Save yourself the horror. This place is horrible should be shut down. The soggy greasy chicken, if you're lucky enough, to get some cause they open till 10 but stop cooking at 7, they never have what you want and wont even cook it even if you offer to wait. Go to Mary Browns!! Best fried chicken Ive had in years.
Horrible experience. The food quality is very bad and disgusting. The chicken and fries were almost dark brown. It seems that they have been using old oil. The coleslaw salad has strange flavour. AVOID THIS LOCATION...
This supposed to be one piece of dark meat??.They are literally splitting chicken legs into three pieces, and cover the few milligrams of meet with tons of oily, non tasty bread.RIP KFC.
Went an hour and a half before closing. Tried to order a six piece meal and boneless bucket. Was told they only had enough chicken to make a four piece and no popcorn chicken left which I then asked if they could make more and that I was willing to wait. They said they had already closed their fryers and were no longer making food. I would get if I showed up a half hour before close or 15 mins but you’re losing an entire hour and a half worth of orders by doing this. Although after reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t waste my money on this place.
I went there today, April 2nd, 2022, used the washroom first and sat down to order online on my phone, and within 1 minute there was a very unfriendly lady staff asking me to leave because she did not see me ordering food there, and act so noble since she let me used the bathroom. Well I get it that it is covid and ppl should not stay there like before for long, but I have literally just sat down for a minute and she act so rude without asking anything, like she's talking to a homeless guy. So I cancelled my order and delete KFC app and never ever will I come back to that shop again, no wonder ppl picks MCD over KFC
Been a long time since ive returned there. Service has improved since last times, same people but better service without the taco bell. Food quality is on par with other kfc,s which is not what it was before the parent company took over.
My husband and I decided to pick up a bucket of chicken for the family. When we arrived at the store the manager and the server were too busy talking. It took us a bit to be able to place our order. During this time the server pulled $100 out of her pocket and stated "oops I forgot to put this in the till". When we received our order my husband decided decided to check it. They forgot to give us our 2 large salads.Then when we arrived home the family got their plates. We sat down to eat and my husband took a bit of his potato salad. He then asked me to try it because it didn't taste right to him. Upon tasting it I discovered that the potato salad was gone bad.My husband then proceeded to call the location. After 5 attempts finally the phone was answered. It was the manager. When my husband tried to tell her about the salad she became very rude. She called out to one of the employees to check the date on the salad. It expires tomorrow. The manager then tried to replace it with a macaroni salad (meanwhile we already have one) she also wanted us to drive all the way back to the location. (Which is a 20 min drive) she then proceeded to get more of a attitude. Hung up on my husband. And now the location will not answer the phone.I highly recommend not to go to this location.I have no clue how this location is even still open. With poor service and expired food.
Unable to contact by phone. Can’t request a pickup time. They give you a time and that’s it. I placed an order requesting pickup at 4:30 after order placed they informed me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I placed the order at 12:00pm. I can’t possibly get there before 4:30
I had a problem with my food and they refused to answer the phone and respond to it.... !!!!!!!!!!!!! PATHETIC
Just ordered through Uber Eats not sure why because the last few times I did it has been gross. This time takes the cake, i throw it all in the garbage. It tasted like what I image dirty socks to taste like. The colour was very dark like the oil needs to be changed and the pieces don’t even look like chicken anymore. We also ordered the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, absolutely no spice at all. I have always picked KFC over others but no more.
