Bluecheese burger hardly had any bluecheese in it (very different from the pictures in their website). Burgers are really dry and the pattys are overcooked.Go for Wendy's and you will be happier.

I did not have a good experience. The employees could not tell us the allergens in either the fishless fillet nor the meatless chicken burgers and said they were not able to get any allergen information about them. The allergen information for these Burgers are also not listed online. Management should be doing a better job informing the employees of this information and providing this information online as well.
Disappointed in the service. We placed a lunch order on a Saturday for 5 burgers through UberEats and 30 minutes later, Hero cancelled our order online with no explanation or phone call to notify us. We tried calling to explore but reached voicemail. Unprofessional, service not available when needed. No accountability to customer.
We ordered 2 burgers combos via uber eats, we had to wait +1h and unfortunately when we received it, the food was cold.
Food delicious and great prices. It was hard to find because the only sign at the store front is small and in the window of a neighbourhood convenience store. Walking through the store, at the back is a door to only a kitchen. No cashiers, store front or seating area.The staff was friendly and accept debit and credit via Pay Square.I just went out to sit in my car while I waited but it was quick. Thanks Hero. I had the battered Haddock Sandwich. Delicious!
Well this is not any where close to the locations like GTA. This is actually Kanata "cash n carry" grocery store which has these burgers and also ottawa samosas there. I don't know if it's sub leased or what...but basically just a take out burger thing. The guy pops in from back door apparently which is like a kitchen and gives you the bag of ordered burgers. But the taste of the jalapeno chicken burger is good. Chicken fillet was well fried and the jalapenos,the spicy sauce was too good. Again the big downside was the burger buns. Looked like they were grabbed from Costco , sad looking buns . Would I visit again??? Hmmm yes ....just to get the spice kick, but is it like GTA then it's a big NOOOO
Order on Skip the Dishes. Came back that all of the burger's we ordered were unavailable and they could only deliver the fires?Called the store direct, no answer just a voice mail. What a waste of 20 minutes I will never get back.
This place is extremely hard to find, the franchise is actually ran out of an Indian grocery store. There's a tiny hero burger sign. The food is good and the cook was wearing all the personal protection gear.
