This place is a joke ! Getting a order from them is hit and miss . Mostly miss , they have charged me for extras I ask for and multiple times they mess it up. The call centre gives credits but nothing ever done . The quality of service has got to one of the worst places that I have felt with . Ordered a pizza took a hour and half and when it got here it was ice cold . I tried talking with owner and that was a waste of time . It’s now time to give my business to someone else. I would order there at least once a week . But with the incompetence that this place has I’m not going to waste my time or money there agin. They are Pathetic!!! Save your money
Went for Easter breakfast with family. Amazing breakfast and Alex was fantastic. Coffee was hot and strong and Alex had a good sense of humour and was attentive but not intrusive. Farmers breakfast was massive. We usually go to Hurley’s in the same lot but it was closed due to staffing issues. I assume (hope) Gabes is treating their staff well as there were plenty of staff and they seemed very positive. Overall great experience and will be back soon.
This location has been our Covid take-out go to. Food is always excellent, hot and ready on time. Special shout-out to the curbside staff. Friendly, professional and always efficient, no matter how cold or snowy/rainy it gets.

Enjoyed a special birthday lunch with three friends at Gabriel's recently. They allowed us to bring in a birthday cake which our server delivered to the table. I had the grilled veggie wrap which was delicious and took half home with me. On arriving home, I discovered my collapsible metal straw that I take everywhere with me was missing. I had left it at the restaurant in my glass of water. I called the restaurant to ask if they had found it and the man who answered put me hold while he checked. I waited at least 10 minutes or more but he never returned to the phone. After the great service we had during lunch, i was disappointed that no one came back to the phone. How long does it take to ask if anyone found my metal straw? The straw is important to me because I have a tremor that makes it difficult to drink from a glass without a straw.
Beware asking for a substitution. Ended up paying almost $20 for an omelet because I omitted two ingredients for a different one. Manager claims I should've known and that all restaurants charge for substitutions. The irony - with my substitution I was one ingredient less than another omelet on the menu sold for $14.95. Manager offered to refund the $6, but he was so arrogant about it I just left. Won't be returning after such shoddy service.

Pizza with a friend and Gabriel's really stepped up. It was delicious. So nice to have dine-in back.
