I love the cheese capaletti! The little loaf of bread you get and the Caesar salad are great too! I appreciate them not putting bacon on my salad as well. Service is excellent!
I had to remind the waitress twice to give us a high chair for my toddler, not a big deal for the most part. The food was very salty (and this is coming from a salt fiend) but it was edible. I redeemed my scene points and their machine malfunctioned, they took $50 worth of points from my account but only $40 was taken off the bill. Their solution and apology was to write down the scene support number and shrug their shoulders. I think if you’re not busy, like you were today with your waitresses and staff (about 10People) giggling and chilling during a slow period is to at least help facilitate the call to scene support or something if you don’t want to help reimburse me. They aren’t willing to help me and your staff didn’t help me either.Very disappointing experience.I think people should redeem their points to purchase a gift card directly for east side Mario’s, I think that is what I’ll do next year. I wouldn’t trust redeeming points there again.
Price has increased since last visit. Amount of food for price is not worth. Quality has gone downhill. We ordered chicken parmigiana and chicken was over cooked and burnt from sides. Other chicken dish was dipped in sauce so couldn't taste any flavor. Garden salad is overloaded with sauces. Only Other good than kids dish was soup.
This place has been one of our favorites for more than 15 years. Very friendly and consistent. Things are almost always perfect but when they are not the restaurant is always willing to accommodate and we never felt disappointed That's why we keep going back.
The service was excellent. Our first time since covid started into a restaurant to dine in. The waitress was awesome. Thank you for a great experience and the food was exceptional.
This location forgot to give the main meals to Uber driver . Talked to manager on the phone he was rude and said the orders were forgotten. Go to the location the manager would not even talk to me and the girl at the pick up desk was ignorant. She went to the manager to tell him I arrived and thy both looked at me laughing. This happened on may 14 th at 6 pm at the kanata Ontario location. Avoid this location very unprofessional.

We hadn't eaten at ESM for many years due to pandemic. Called ahead to order, specified a pick up time. Was ready when I went- very friendly staff and service at pick up station. Food was hot when I arrived home, 20 minutes away. Thanks to all.
This a family favourite for us. I worked here as a teen and loved the food then and now. The Kanata location is clean and has timely service.
Our server was absolutely amazing... She was new and a ball of fun. We enjoyed our dining experience so much more because of her ! I wish I remembered her name !
