Went here for Canada Day. It was our first time at this location, and we weren't disappointed. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and the food was hot and fresh. When in the area, we will be back.
I get that this is a fast food place and i don't expect very much to begin with. However, this may be the worst fast food place I've ever visited. Twice I have gone after a night shift and got there at 7am only for them to open ten minutes later and not have anything ready or turned on. They refuse to make things that are on the menu because they show up late and blame the customer for ordering dinner items online in the morning, even when the drive thru sign says I could order dinner items.... Another time I went through the drive thru and they said it won't be ready for 10 minutes and they said to go and park and come inside to get it. Like, that defeats the purpose of the drive thru. Maybe don't have a drive thru if you can't run one properly.I go here from time to time because it's close to home and it's cheap. But 80% of the time I leave there's something wrong. I always get the vibe they feel burdened when a customer shows up. Nobody cares here in the slightest about the restaurant and it shows. Again I don't expect much. Just be open when you are listed open and give me the items that I purchase using the pickup method that I choose.
Ok I've gone here too many times to count. I always want to review it but keep forgetting to take a photo before I wolf down my whopper. It's always fresh off the flame grill, smoky, hot and smelling amazing, then expertly wrapped in crisp paper. Such a joy to unwrap and take a big bite!I finally managed to restrain myself long enough this visit to take a photo of this masterpiece of a burger. It is just so good! What they don't tell you is that you can get two whoppers for $8. Why get a meal when you can get two burgers?!
Really enjoy this location. Whopper Wednesday is busy but the staff is fast and friendly.Only thing to be aware of is the parking lost surrounding the businesses here is full of very deep potholes.
Almost every time I order nuggets here I'm missing one or two. This time I got two 8 pcs nuggets and both bags had 7 pcs in them. They're good but... c'mon..
It was okay. I forgot that a lot of places won't ask you if you want salt, pepper, or ketchup. Otherwise the food was fine, the service okay.It had been a while since I had ordered from Burger King drive through so I had to take a bit of extra time to pick out the order and I suspect that it annoyed the drivers behind me as well as the worker inside Burger King.I will go back except this time remember to order salt, pepper, and ketchup.
For the unpteenth time, I went through this drive through and ordered three roadhouse kings for my family ; one with no mayo due to my dietary issues stemming from chronic illness. And YET AGAIN they have forgotten and tried to cover it up by taking off everything and leaving it.Which means five times now, I’ve gone home excited to have dinner only to discover that everyone EXCEPT ME gets to eat. In total I’vecome home with 60$ of roadhouse kings that I was unable to eat.If you have dietary limitations due to health issues or just don’t like mayonnaise stay way the heck away. The staff are clearly doing their best but they are under supported by management and poorly trained as a result. This is not their fault, they just need support and I’d like my flippin money back for all the dinners I didn’t get to eat.
All the food was made fresh when we went in today! Really good chicken sandwich, Big King Jr., and fries!
What I always kind of expected fast food to be, but also so much better.First of all, it's like, actually cheap, I'm talking the king meal deal here. For just 5 Canadian pesos you can get your self 2 Jr chickens(or roadhouse burger or cheese burger) with pickles, onion rings(put them on the sandwiches) and a small drink. $5. Dons should be sweating.Second, the food is actually good and when you shell out for a premium offering like the roadhouse king, it feels hefty. It's everything the big Mac pretends to be on tv. Wait no, that's the double big king xl, also a great pick.Onion rings can be a little hit or miss(I suspect the misses are due to when they have recently changed the oil) but even the misses are good.Did I also mention that onion rings aren't an upcharge? Literally every other restaurant needs to take note.Great spot for dine in, take out, or drive thru, I've yet to have a bad experience with any of my orders. It's greasy comfort food made fast at a great price.
Customer service is over the top, they deliver to your car
