Not to bad for food and service but the tables were dirty under washed no care from who ever cleans
We drove all the way from Montreal to try some Arby’s. Montreal is seriously missing out. We went a Sunday afternoon but only take out was available (I think they had issues because of the previous day storm). The menu is kinda overwhelming but provides different options than the typical fast food joints. I had the loaded fries, the chicken bacon swiss burger and some nuggets. Everything was delicious. Oh and the drive-thru employees were amazing. Anytime I’m in Ottawa I will go for sure.

Arby's although being fast food, really falls short of anything worth spending money on. The only reason I am holding back on a 1 star rating is due to the staff that do a decent job. As for the food however, you'd have no reason to eat at Arby's other than to say you tried it.My main issue with Arby's overall is how as a sandwich business they deliver below the minimum standard of what a sandwich could be. Yes it is fast food, but the majority of people could make a better sandwich at home with little effort. Arby's ingredients are poor. The menu is uncreative, and honestly unappealing. I near guarantee, the average person will leave after eating a Arby's meal looking forward to eating anything else. That is the brutally honest truth.In the end, I insist you go to just about any other fast food chain recognizable if you're looking for a quick and chap bite. Cheers.
Only got to try the curly fries, but wowza! these are the best fast-food fries I've ever had. That, paired with the Arby's sauce, so yummy!Great service - ladies working at Arby's were very friendly, helpful and accomodating.Will definitely be back to try more!
Floor was super sticky, my feet were sticking to the floor. The seats at the tables were stocked as well. Absolutely disgusting will not be dining it at the location.
Ordered beefn chedar and they put lot and lots of on the sauce in. I was more like eating bun dipped in the sauce. If you prefer that way you should go here but i like my sandwich balanced. Other than that everything wqs ok
This place is consistently amazing, always hot and fresh. A great alternative to other drive throughs with stuff to please everyone.The only down side is its in Kanata and I need to drive 25 min there and 25 min back. But we'll worth it.Thanks Arby's Staff!
1st time ever at a Arby's, and the crew in the drive thru where excellent. The employee Andrew and his crew where amazing and they even double check the order at the speaker and when I pulled up. Great work ?
Not many of these restaurants left, but glad there's one in Ottawa.New favorite is definitely the spicy chicken sliders
