Sat inside to avoid the sun/heat. Server was attentive. Best selection of 'pub grub' in Ottawa!
The hostess and server were extremely courteous and professional. Food and craft beers were all excellent. Online table reservation system worked perfectly.
Very Nice patio. Waitress was awesome. I was alone so eating kinda light. wings and Caesar salad. Wings I got the inferno. Lol they have Bbq and inferno. The waitress said the inferno if you like spice then should be good. She was right. Not ridiculous but just right. The best part was the shaved hot red fresh hot red pepper. Awsome. The Caesar was pretty good, real bacon could of been dressed just a little more but the flavours were good. It’s a micro brew I had an amber and a blonde both were excellent. The beer was served in real beer mugs. Thick glass to keep it cold. Awesome. They have a Bavarian slant on the menu I was going to have the pork shank but I wasn’t hungry enough. Maybe next time. Great place.

I took my husband out to celebrate his new job and made a note that it was a special occasion. Upon being seated, it took 15 minutes for our server to even come and acknowledge us, and another 20 minutes to get our drinks (and she forgot the water I requested). It ended up being almost an hour until we got our food and there was a 30 minute gap where our sever never checked on us. She was serving a large table and it seemed like that was the only priority. It got to the point where we were searching for her to inquire about why our food was taking so long (people who arrived after us were receiving our food) and she was completely MIA. Upon getting our food, she said there was a mix-up in the kitchen but we believe that she never even inputted our order. While we we eating, we were swarmed by wasps and it took another server coming to take our empty drinks away in order for us to actually eat our food. We were not compensated for the inconvenience and my husbandâs new job/special occasion that the host took note of was never even acknowledged by our server. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and probably the worst service we have ever received.
Our server was nice and quick. Food was good, overall we were happy with everything. No complaints
I had the grilled vegetable and goat cheese flatbread, it was full of flavor and would definitely order it again.

Your receptionist was rude. Your server however was amazing. The food was really good except for your fries, they were too salty. Thank you for asking.
Lots of variety on the menu. However, my meal was so slow to arrive that others at the table had already finished eating. The wait staff was pro-active enough to remove my meal from the bill. I had to eat quickly as we had a movie to get to, but the reduced bill tempered the experience and I would go back.
