We used to come here on a regular before covid. We came in yesterday night for AYCE dinner and wow the food quality has gone down severely. Everything we ordered was bad quality. I got 4 pieces of salmon sashimi and it was served frozen and inedible. Due to nausea, puking, upset stomachs and chills I definitely think my boyfriend got food poisoning from eating here.I really used to love this place but wow the prices and the quality of food served does not add up. Beware!
Amazing service and equally as amazing sushi! Their menu is diverse and the quality of the fish is superb. I would definitely recommend!
Definitely the worst dining experience in my life… You have to call them couple days before you want to dine in, which is ridiculous. I would NEVER come to this restaurant again. Won’t suggest anyone to this place.
We had dinner at Yukiguni a few months ago. The food was great, and the atmosphere was nice. One thing I didn’t like about the restaurant was the middle-aged server with glasses (I remember?) who talked in a strong attitude. She also talked in a harsh tone to another young server, which was not pleasant to see. I hope she is not bullying the young server.But their sushi and tempura are the best!
Great all you can eat experience. We've been here many times and like all AYCE experiences some food items are inconsistently made, but I find their sashimi is always fresh and they have very nice curry flavoring on chicken and beef skewer. It is worth it to go at dinner time for the green tea cheese cake. Their service is great there and they seldom mess up your order.Item we had issues with was the egg tart, which has come to us cold in the middle a few times over multiple visits and some teriyaki items having a lot of soy paste on it.I still highly recommend yukiguni izakaya for a quieter sushi date night as they are less busy than August 8, and more consistent with their cooking.
Do NOT dine here if not for AYCE. The regular menu has very limited options, small portions, and still relatively high pricing. It is absolutely not worth it.That said, the AYCE is very good and has plenty of options with great quality. The only drawback is that it is also quite expensive ($37 pre-tax, pre-tip on a Sunday night).

Just finished my bowl of ramen and it was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect because they have sushi on the menu as well but it was amazing. Eggs actually marinated which alot of ramen places skip out on. Karaage was delicious. Our server, kaoru was fantastic as well! 100 percent I will come back next time I'm in hamilton!
The food here is good. Service could be a bit faster as wait times between orders seemed slower than other places. Also very frustrating that the all you can eat price is no where to be found on online. This has been mentioned before and could easily be posted (as the price for everything else is) and makes it a lot more simple for customers.
