I went there to have a late lunch/early dinner on Tuesday 4pm. The patio atmosphere is very good, the menu has good options. Service was very good. We ask for crab cake, Jambalaya, beef strogonoff and a sandwich, they were not bad, but could taste better, the strogonoff and the sandwich were savorless.
Great service, Shawna was awesome. Food was very good. I wanted a turkey burger which most burger joints don't offer. This was was delicious! My husband ordered tge herk chicken and believe it or not, he couldn't finish it but enjoyed it. We also ordered onions rings, yummy. Will definitely go here again. Only thing is on a Saturday night it would be nice to have live entertainment however, just getting back to business after covid, it might take some time but its a good idea. Great patio and family friendly too.
My girlfriend's and I went on a Saturday for brunch . The service was amazing as was our meal, The patio was amazing what a great place but we left quickly as all dogs on the patio were barking uncontrollably. Unsure why our brunch has to be ruined by pet owner who can't control there pets. I didn't stop to count but easily 8-10 dogs on the patio and when 1 starts barking well they all do. some pet owners left as they knew that they were bothering people others just let it go on and on and on. ...
West Town is one of the best patios in Hamilton! Large space , friendly staff makes for excellent timesIndoors is an blast from the past time warp to a simpler time. Amazing service and menu provides just a perfect blend of what you want as a guest.

This place gets two stars for me because of customer service.I found a piece of plastic in my food, similar to the seal that's underneath plastic caps.I let my server know and we were brought a new spinach dip that we were still charged for it but given a discount that totalled $2.00 off of my bill.$2.Food was delicious though.

We went for breakfast this morning. We had 2 egg and bacon breakfast. Was really good eggs were perfectly done and bacon was as well. The coffee was really good and I don't normally drink coffee cause I don't like it. My husband loved it and he's a coffee-holic. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. Today was her last day as she us going to have her baby shortly. Was a very pleasant experience. Will be our go to breakfast place for sure! Thankyou!
