What you expect from any Wendys. This location has a nifty new drink machine which I did not make use of yet.
I'm getting this a lot lately when I order through Skip for Wendy's. They close at 11, yet I can place an order at 9:15pm, and when I submit the order... it say's it's closed. I go to the next available Wendy's on Skip, do the same, and when I submit... same thing, now closed. I call the store, they say they had a bunch of orders and shut it down. Then tell me they will turn it back on... and it doesn't happen. I love the food, but really.... I don't think the staff want to cook and clean any more after a certain time. It's your income... don't you want orders?
Quick food making. Friendly staff, even when I was asking a lot of questions about toppings ? Yummy food and fair prices. I usually go there for a quick late night snack and munchies~~
Always been a go to over the years, dinning room isn't the same as 15 years ago but things change over time. Food is always great and service is fairly quick!!
Abraham talked over our drivethru order there was a 15 minute wait because this guy would not listen to your orders and as soon as you try to correct him he won’t answer. We tried to correct order at window and they still screwedit up. Been there before it was good but this time the drivethru guy had a chain reaction going on.
This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Came here on March 12 at 11:50am. I ask for a half salad...Tells me they have no half salads, then gives me a half salad... charges for the full size. When I ask about the size, they then bring out the full size... cashier was clueless, spaced out. Baked potato has dried out over cooked bacon. Not coming back.
Delicious new bacon portobello mushroom melt. -1 star because the advertisement photos doesn't exactly look like the actual burger. Fast drive thru service. Courteous, polite staff.
Great quality to price ratio, especially the value menu. Ingredients at this location are very fresh, and the back-of-house area is kept clean and tidy - unlike some fast food places. Occasionally there are deals (in store as well as on the mobile app) that are really worth using.Customer service is also great at this location. Very polite and courteous employee interactions while ordering.Thanks guys!
We placed our order in the drive thru, it was a big order so we checked it before we left the window. Good thing we did because it was wrong. So we told the employee what we were missing. She actually argued with us and we had to asked her not to raise her voice (even though we had the receipt in our hands). So after about 10 min of back and forth we finally got the rest of our order. The customer service was HORRIBLE. Definitely would not recommend. Although the food was good, by the time we got the order straightened out the other food was ice cold.
Always good unlike other Hamilton locations. However I wish napkins where added to drive thru orders. I guess I can't get it all though. Fantastic quality over poop on a bun but napkins added lolIt's black or white. No grey apparently between locations. However if choice had to be made. I'll take good food over no napkins lol
