After 2 hrs on the road the last thing I want to do is ask to use the restroom let alone buy my food first.(we always buy dinner on long road trips) I don't want to leave my food on the tables while I go to the bathroom. Nor bring it to the bathroom with me. Talk about ghetto. We will hold it longer and go to a better place
Terrible experience every time I've been here. The service is quite slow with many times only one employee left to handle a busy cash while others are visibly slacking off behind the counter. Was literally laughed at by an employee for asking about the usage of their coupons since something wasn't specified. If you want breakfast, go to Stacked on queenston. if you want value go to Burger king across the road, if you're set on Wendy's go to the queenston location.Baffling customer service.
Food was great. It was cleaned. Washrooms doors not working well and Washrooms lock and it is hard to know if someone is there. It created an unnecessary delayed and a lined up for both men's and women's.
Always clean friendly service. Drive through is quick, also front order desk and delivery pick up orders. Food is also quality.
They charged me to use the restroom. In 2015 the United Nations General declared that everyone, everywhere has the right to use a toilet without discrimination. Having diabetes means I frequently need to exercise this basic human right. Understandably a restaurant can be considered private property and therefore they don’t technically have to let someone use their facilities. It’s still a dirtbag move and it reflects poorly on the franchise owner and damages the reputation of the franchise as a whole.
This place doesn’t deserve even a 1 star. The customer service the other day was atrocious.Should be wheel chair accessible for the bathroom however there is a dilemma there: there is NO BUTTON to press so that a wheel chair or a walker or stroller to get into it. So you have to push the heavy door with your hands at the same time as maneuvering your wheel chair or walker or stroller for that matter. There needs to be a button so that all abilities can get in and out safely. The bathroom is also not kept well. No toilet paper. No soap in dispenser and it doesn’t seem like anyone looks at the conditions of it. We went on saturday morning. We even ordered the baconator on biscuit, it came on a bun. We got the frostycino which is just an ice coffee with no frosty in it. The person at cash seemed nice but he was new on cash as he told me he is usually the cook. He had to ask the girl in drive thru for help alot and she looked bothered by the questions. I think they were EXTREMELY understaffed. (Note your bad days should never be on display when a customer is asking for help or lodging a complaint)Even coming into the establishment there is no button to press to come into restaurant all they have is a key fob for employee. I feel bad for mom’s with strollers and people with physical challenges who plan to dine in and use the facilities. (Signs say it is wheel chair accessible and they have parking spots designated for challenged individuals)My mother went to talk to the manager about the conditions of the rest room and lack of service she just ignored us and carried on what she was doing. Didn’t phase her when we said we are reporting it to head office. I was a former employee of Wendy's in Burlington we took complaints seriously and even dissatisfaction of food quality or other issues related to the establishment.4 people after our issue came in from drive thru with wrong orders or missing items for orders or being charged for things they didn’t buy nor receive. If management doesn’t care why work there? If you are understaffed do something about it.I hope others complained about this place. Customer service SHOULD ALWAYS be #1.
The worst Wendy's location o have ever been to. Stale pop, no carbonation in machine, stale cold fries, cold and old fried chicken classic sandwich, must have been sitting for hours. Only been twice and both times other customers have been in location placing a complaint about service and under cooked chicken. Terrible location
Poor girls working here, I was getting food as my friend was finishing up their shift. I had to listen to their manager - this cranky old lady - screaming at her employees like they were in boot camp. No wonder the quality dropped so much here.
0 stars!! 7:41am 05/05/2022. Wanted to get some breakfast, but drive thru only until 9am. I'm driving a big truck for work and can't fit into drive thru. The employee taking out the trash, told me to just walk through the drive thru. So I did. I got to the window and asked if I could order, since my truck won't fit. Lady to me "NO!". Shame on you Wendy's. Discriminating the working class!!! What difference does it make for me to be in a car or not, price is still the same?!? Why have different hours for drive-thru and take-out? Please come up with a solution for those who are in big vehicles or can't afford a vehicle. My Mc Donald's breakfast tasted great! Thanks Wendy's!
I'm getting this a lot lately when I order through Skip for Wendy's. They close at 11, yet I can place an order at 9:15pm, and when I submit the order... it say's it's closed. I go to the next available Wendy's on Skip, do the same, and when I submit... same thing, now closed. I call the store, they say they had a bunch of orders and shut it down. Then tell me they will turn it back on... and it doesn't happen. I love the food, but really.... I don't think the staff want to cook and clean any more after a certain time. It's your income... don't you want orders?
