Staff completely overwhelmed. Dine in and take away was closed, only drive thru was open. Waited 15 min to order and over 20 min to get my order. Big problems to understand my order. They mixed orders and had no overview. My order was completely wrong and should be prepared again. The fries weren’t fully fried. Still raw and not tasty. Salad in the burger was harder and thicker than the meat…Worst Wendy’s experience ever!
Always fast friendly service at the counter, especially by Veerpal. A smile is a good way to start your day and your meal! I love their sausage biscuit for breakfast. I wish they were open until 11 am for breakfast though instead of 1030. They are losing a lot of business that way.
This is a super busy location. The poor staff can barely keep up with the orders when it gets busy. The day I was there saw several customers leave when they saw the line up. The drive through also gets very busy and having a gas station next door does not help this Wendy's should be moved
amazing breakfast! definitely will give McDonald's a run for money. Seasoned wedges are great! If you want a flavourful breakfast sandwich it's the sausage and egg on a croissant.
I was exceptionally happy that they had mustard packets available without having to ask. Unfortunately the soda mix machines were out of order as usual. One had no carbonation, the other didn't have Vanilla Diet Coke...
I know the breakfast menu is new but holy smokes is the drive thru slow I waited 35 minutes with only 5 cars infront of me and on Wednesday morning may 4th at 815am whoever was working the drive thru window was not very friendly over the speaker to cars I could hear her getting upset with a customer asking about a coupon. Need more patients. Just wasn’t overly happy with my experience
The reason I give a 3 star is we went with a large group all family ( 22 ) we had to ask for them to clean the tables and the floors were so sticky your shoes stuck to them. Staff were great very friendly food was bang on inspite of multiple orders and large orders and it was busy non stop the whole time we were there! If it were not for the cleanliness issue they’d of gotten a 5 star from me
The dinning room is now close for ordering take out and dinning. I was told by staff it is only open for skip the dishes and pre orders. This is absolutely ridiculous! The drive thru line up causes a traffic jam on upper James. Not everybody is lazy enough to wait in the car to make a order. Get your stuff together! I will go to a different location from on and will not return to this location!!
Ordered an Apple Pecan Chicken salad...no chicken,no dressing,no pecans...nothing.Also order a poutine,no poutine.Call the restaurant and was told I was lying,"we always put chicken on it",nope.Then they said I must have the wrong restaurant...Upper James Wendy's,not the wrong restaurant.No apologies,no explanation, just arguing with me.Never order from this Wendy's again.
This location is among the worst. I came here to grab dinner before I started work, I gave myself an extra 30 minutes. I ended up spending 22 of those minutes in the drive-through and when I got my order it was missing half the toppings, was cold and stale. Very disappointed. Normally Wendy’s is my go to for fresh delicious budget friendly take away but I will not be going back to this location. The grilled chicken was dry and had only honey mustard sauce and a very sad looking piece of lettuce with no other toppings. I wouldn’t feed this to a dog.
